I have read other reviews left on here and I have to say I have no idea what these people are talking about or why they have had such a negative experience. I now own the Win CTRL (was winwing) PAP3 Mag, PFP3N, WINCTRL 3M PDC & WINCTRL 3N PDC in total and all placed as separate orders. I have never had a problem, their products work out of the box, are of exceptional build quality and I couldn't be happier with all of it. I placed an order yesterday for the WINCTRL 3M PDC & WINCTRL 3N PDC which arrived today, So yeah next day delivery. I had been waiting for these two to come back into UK stock to complete my setup. I've read a few reviews where people have complained about placing pre orders which I didn't do, I just waited for them to come back into stock like a normal person.

I would disregard every other negative comment left on here because out of 3 orders Winwing have delivered and exceeded my expectations every single time and I highly recommend them

Kundenservice ist eine Katastrophe. Simple Prozesse welche ein Online Shop im Griff haben sollte kriegen sie nicht hin. Lieferung in die Schweiz war eine Katastrophe (MwSt. musste ich 2 Mal bezahlen). Dann nach unzähligem Hin- und Her schreiben wurde die Differenz irgendwann gutgeschrieben. Viel unnötiger Stress. Schade denn die Produkte sind erstklassig....

Service après vente inexistant, le service de ticket buggé impossible de les joindre. j'ai acheté un FCU + UNIT
dans le fin nov pour noel à l'ouverture du packet à Noel il manquait le FCU j'ai essayez de les joindre par mail en france à l'étranger que des réponses automatique qui me renvoyait au suivi de livraison. sur leur site il bien noté
que le FCU n'a pas été livré j'en suis à 140 € de ma poche, mais je vais pas en resté là, je fais faire un courrier à la répression des fraudes.

I bought a ursa minor joystick a while ago, I knew it was on back order so just waited. It arrived within the given time frame and I love it. It feels so much nicer than the thrustmaster airbus version . I then decided to purchase the a320 efis (lh ) and the fcu , ordered on 03/01/26 and delivered in UK on 06/01/26 and i love them. They look great, work great and have a quality look and feel too !

Customer Service is not the greatest though

I bought the rudder pedals from them and they were fine for a year or so until the right pedals housing split apart. I asked customer service for help and they started accusing me of mishandeling the product and that I would need to repair it my self and pay for the new parts. I have used the pedals only for their intended purpose and the customer service has been quite rude.

I believe this is a scam operation. They sent me a faulty joystick, and their so-called online customer service has been a nightmare. After multiple follow-ups over several weeks, they finally responded with: "It passed our quality control." That’s it.

First, they sent me a PDF instructing me to dismantle the joystick myself — which is absurd. Why should a brand-new customer be expected to take apart a brand-new product just to prove it’s defective?

Weeks later, they asked for a photo of the QC sticker. Then even more weeks passed before they simply said, “It passed when we sent it.” That’s not a solution.

All I asked for was a return and refund or a replacement — basic customer service. Instead, I got delays, excuses, and no accountability. This is not how a reputable company treats paying customers.

To the flight sim community: please trust me and stay away from this company. I’ve been flight simming for over 25 years and have never had such a terrible experience. Their positive reviews are likely inflated by paid promotions from big YouTubers. Don’t fall for the hype — spend your money elsewhere.

Commande chez winwing et première galère.Pour résumer : ils ont proposé sur le site un combo A3XXX qui se trouve au final une erreur de commercialisation. Article non disponible. Résultat un mail au bout de 5 jours disant qu'ils se sont trompés et qu'il est possible de retourner le produit ce que je fais au moment de la livraison. Résultat toujours pas de remboursement et quand j'ai contacté le service clientèle, j'ai mis 3 mn à comprendre que ce n'était pas un humain mais une IA qui répondait et de façon non circonstanciée. Et bien sûr aucun numéro de téléphone ou mail de contact.
Bref à intégrer dans vos achats.

Order with Winwing and first hassle. To summarize: they offered a combo A3XXX on the website which turned out to be a marketing error. Item not available. Result, an email after 5 days saying they made a mistake and that it is possible to return the product, which I did at the time of delivery. Result, still no refund and when I contacted customer service, it took me 3 minutes to realize that it wasn't a human but an AI responding and in an unhelpful manner. And of course no phone number or contact email. In short, something to consider in your purchases.

Habe inzwischen FCU, 2xEFIS, Ursa Minor Joystick, Airbus MCDU und Boeing FMC im Einsatz. Bisher funktioniert alles einwandfrei und macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist m.W. aktuell unerreicht.

Lieferzeiten werden transparent angegeben, allerdings auch immer wieder nach hinten geschoben. Bezahlt wird aber erst, wenn die Ware vorrätig ist, also für mich ok. Lieferungen waren dann jeweils problemlos.

Kundenservice wäre mir wichtig, habe ich aber nicht gebraucht und kann ihn nicht bewerten. Daher von mir 5 Sterne.

Finger weg – absolut unseriöser Anbieter!
Ich habe einen Joystick bestellt, der leider nicht mit meinem Chromebook kompatibel war. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundenservice sollte ich zunächst ein Foto der unbenutzten Ware schicken. Daraufhin erhielt ich eine Rücksendeadresse und habe das Paket am nächsten Werktag zur Post gebracht. Laut Sendungsverfolgung wurde es wenige Tage später vom Händler übernommen.
Trotzdem behauptete der Kundenservice auf Nachfrage, das Paket sei nicht angekommen. Erst nachdem ich den Zustellnachweis geschickt hatte, wurde eingeräumt, dass es doch eingetroffen sei – die Bearbeitung würde aber noch dauern. Zwei Wochen später kam erneut die Auskunft, das Paket sei nicht angekommen. Wieder schickte ich den Nachweis, wieder hieß es: "Es dauert, bis es im Lager ist". Auf meine Nachfrage, warum das im selben Gebäude zwei Wochen braucht, bekam ich keine schlüssige Antwort.
Der Kundenservice versprach, die Rückerstattung in ca. 5 Tagen zu veranlassen. ist nichts passiert. Es scheint, als werde man hier bewusst hingehalten. Die Retoure wurde am 08.04.2025 angenommen – Stand heute (14.05.2025) keine Rückzahlung.
Dieser Shop arbeitet völlig unseriös, Kundenservice ist eine Frechheit, Rückabwicklung funktioniert nicht – das ist für mich reiner Betrug. Bitte kauft hier nichts – absolute Warnung vor diesem Anbieter!

Ho comprato il joystick Ursa Minor, dopo neanche tre mesi probabilmente si è guastata la porta usb-c (difetto conosciuto) per una cattiva qualità della scheda del joystick. Dopo avermi preso in giro per giorni, dopo aver inviato come richiesto, foto e video, hanno detto che la colpa era mia e volevano darmi 10 usd di sconto su un nuovo acquisto o vendermi per 38 euro una nuova scheda madre. Quando comprate da loro dovete solo sperare che non si guasti nulla. Non riconoscono mai la garanzia.
