I love the gym monster 2. I ordered it about a year ago and it's blown me away in the capabilities of just one machine. I did almost all my free weights because I no longer need them with this machine. Definitely with it!

Gastar más de 1600€ en un gympal que va muy bien pero que si te falla estando en garantía, estás solo. Lo he intentado todo, mail, tlfn...finalmente pude contactar por whatsapp, pero la comunicación es entre difícil e imposible. Mi anillo BT ha salido defectuoso, se ha muerto su batería y no llevo ni 4 meses con él. Pasé la incidencia con todo lo que me pedían, me dijeron después de insistir varios días, porque no contestaban, que en 3 días me harían llegar un anillo nuevo. Pero de eso hace ya un mes. He vuelto a reclamar por el mismo canal y llevo 3 días esperando que me respondan al whatsapp. Es vergonzoso que algo que podría ser maravilloso acabe siendo un suplicio si necesitas un servicio postventa. Es una inversión importante como para no tener detrás un equipo que resuelva cualquier problema, y más si está en garantía. No aconsejo de ninguna manera comprar esta marca por su nefasta postventa.

I purchased a Gym Monster 2 Family and the process was easy. They always seem to have promotions, so I waited till a couple of days, and got the “Spring Sale” discount. A couple days after my order I got notified that Ceva would be handling the main delivery, while FedEx would handle the delivery of the extra accessories.

5 day after my order Ceva contacted me, I took the next available slot (in 5 days), and they gave me a time window. Everything arrived on the same day and Ceva was completely professional with bringing the Gym Monster into my home. Ceva texted me 20 minutes before arrival, they laid down pads on my floor so that nothing got scratched, and were done in about 10 minutes.

All in all there was good communication, and while the delivery isn’t next day… the 300 pounds of equipment arrived in a reasonable time frame, well packaged and ready to use.

My wife and I have used the Gym Monster every day since we’ve had it. Every time I use it I think “Man, that thing is really cool. I can’t believe how much I just did with it.” This might sound lazy, but it’s really nice to not have to think about what workout you’re doing after work. I am just following a program and the machine handles all of the thinking. It’s both hard and relaxing after work.

Überraschend gute Erfahrung

Ich war am Anfang ehrlich gesagt etwas skeptisch, weil der Preis nicht gerade niedrig ist. Aber nach ein paar Wochen Nutzung muss ich sagen, dass ich positiv überrascht bin.
Das Gerät ist stabil und macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Was mir am meisten gefällt, ist, dass ich zu Hause trainieren kann, ohne viel Platz zu brauchen. Gerade mit Arbeit und Familie ist das für mich ein großer Vorteil.
Die App ist auch gut gemacht, auch wenn man sich am Anfang ein bisschen reinfinden muss. Danach läuft es aber ziemlich intuitiv und die Programme helfen, dran zu bleiben.
Ist es perfekt? Nein, aber insgesamt bin ich zufrieden und nutze es regelmäßig. Für mich hat sich der Kauf gelohnt.

I purchased the Gym Monster 2 Family Plus package. This is an incredible machine! The extensive list of workouts and programs are great! I am still experimenting with different options of Free Lift, developing custom workouts, using defined workout courses and guided workouts such as rowing. I think the resistance capability will give me a lot of time to grow into it. It is great they continue to update the firmware & software. They have a solid Facebook community and they appear to take the feedback received to help to improve the product. Keep up the great work Speediance!

The speediance gym monster 2 machine is a game changer. It has made strength training a breeze with multiple different workouts to choose from. You get a full body workout with less clutter than you would if you had a home gym. I personally had a home gym and have replaced it now with the Speediance machine. I use it 4 times a week, and all the progress data is synced to my phone for easy tracking.
The price is quite high but the quality and the programs pays it off. I would say it is fully worth the investment if you are serious about your fitness goals.

Ich bin vom Speediance Gym Monster 2 Family Plus an sich wirklich überzeugt. Das Gerät wirkt hochwertig verarbeitet, stabil und insgesamt sehr gut durchdacht. Die Qualität stimmt, das Training macht Spaß, und man hat das Gefühl, hier ein modernes, solides Home-Gym bekommen zu haben. Genau so sollte es sein.

ABER: Ein riesiger Minuspunkt überschattet leider alles – die Lieferung und der Kundenservice sind eine absolute Katastrophe.

FETTER MINUSPUNKT: Nach 3 Wochen immer noch keine vollständige Lieferung – und der Support reagiert nicht mehr

Das Problem fing leider schon direkt am Anfang an: Es wurde nur das Gerät selbst geliefert, aber weder die Hantelbank noch die Ruderbank. Dadurch war das Gym Monster für einen Großteil der Übungen praktisch nicht nutzbar – und genau dafür kauft man sich ja die Family Plus Variante.

Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war der Kundenservice noch bemüht und hat auch reagiert, was zunächst Hoffnung gemacht hat. Mir wurde signalisiert, dass sich darum gekümmert wird.

Doch seitdem ist genau das Gegenteil der Fall:
Ich warte inzwischen seit fast drei Wochen auf die vollständige Lieferung – und es kommt einfach nichts mehr.

Ich warte nach drei Wochen immer noch auf die vollständige Lieferung. Und das ist nicht einfach „ein kleines Delay“, sondern inzwischen einfach nur noch frustrierend und nicht akzeptabel – vor allem, wenn man ein teures Premium-Produkt bestellt und sich darauf freut, direkt richtig loslegen zu können.

Was das Ganze noch schlimmer macht: Der Kundenservice war anfangs noch freundlich und hilfsbereit – ich hatte kurz das Gefühl, man kümmert sich. Doch dann kam der komplette Absturz: inzwischen reagiert dort einfach niemand mehr.
Ich bekomme keine Antwort, keine klare Auskunft, keinen Status, keine Lösung – einfach gar nichts. Ich hänge komplett in der Luft und sitze hier mit einer unvollständigen Bestellung, ohne zu wissen, wann oder ob der Rest überhaupt kommt.

Das ist für mich der Punkt, der wirklich nicht geht:
Wenn es Lieferprobleme gibt – okay, das kann passieren. Aber dann erwarte ich Kommunikation, Verlässlichkeit und Transparenz. Stattdessen: Funkstille. Das macht die ganze Erfahrung leider extrem negativ, obwohl das Gerät selbst richtig gut ist.

Fazit

Produkt: top – Lieferung & Kundenservice: absoluter Totalausfall.
Ich würde das Gym Monster 2 rein vom Gerät her wirklich empfehlen, weil Qualität und Konzept überzeugen. Aber so, wie Speediance hier mit der Lieferung und dem Support umgeht, ist das für mich ein massiver Vertrauensbruch. Bei dem Preis ist das einfach nicht hinnehmbar.

Wenn Speediance das ernst nimmt, müssen sie dringend beim Support und der Nachverfolgung von Lieferungen nachbessern – denn im Moment fühlt es sich leider so an, als wäre man nach dem Kauf auf sich allein gestellt.

Ich würde also das Gerät wirklich empfehlen, aber - zumindest bei Kauf direkt über die Website - wirklich zu bedenken geben, dass es gut sein kann, dass ihr einfach nicht damit trainieren könnt, weil euch das Zubehör fehlt ob das jemals noch kommt ist fraglich. Wie gesagt der Kundenservice reagiert einfach nicht mehr.

Aktuell würde ich deshalb vom Kauf abraten.
