Very disappointing experience. I returned shoes only because the size was too large and painful, but the store kept the product and most of the money. Klarna accepted an unfair 80% deduction. I would not recommend this experience.”

WORN product, sold as NEW
I am giving 1 star thaw i should give ZERO! It's unacceptable to order a NEW pair of shoes and when it arrives to realize that these shoes are NOT NEW! They show signs of being worn or have been tried on for multiple times! And it's outrageous for 150 euros a pair to receive 2nd hand product! Customer service will reply in 5 days? Can't be bothered. Sad, i had a different opinion about the brand but not anymore...
