Eskute EU Arvostelua

There was difficulty with the company recognizing my delivery address in Ireland. After several and many emails to and fro it was finally resolved. Due to the great support I got from Zhou with patience and courtesy, it is worth the 5 stars alone. Bike was delivered quickly when problem was sorted. Have it assembled and everything is working well. Very happy with purchase. Would recommend this Company.

I had a very positive experience with ESKUTE customer service. Zhou was very helpful and patient with my questions about the T302 Pro, including EU compliance and maximum load capacity. He also helped provide the relevant conformity documentation.
Thank you, Zhou, for the excellent service!

I had a small complaint and reached out to the support. Everything went super well and the answers were fast and friendly. I had this conversation with Bella and she was really into finding a solution and fixed the problem for me.
The bike is also great!

Perfetto
Stefano

Amazing retro style E-bike its really comfortable to ride

La bicicletta è molto bella, dura tanto la batteria .
