Elizabeth was fantastic through getting my Cypriot citizenship. We had issues with the embassy (not Elizabeth's fault at all), but she chased continuously and kept me updated on progress. Couldn't recommend her enough!

Finally picked up my EU passport yesterday. As a result of a couple of mishaps by officials, the process took longer than otherwise expected.
