La speranza ( di ricevere l'ordine in tempo) é morta gia

Sto ancora aspettando che l'ordine da me effettuato mi venga consegnato, devo purtroppo ritenere etrusca gioielli, responsabile della scelta del corriere a cui affida le spedizioni, in questo caso poste italiane che si dimostra, per ciò che mi riguarda, molto efficiente nella teoria e inaffidabile nella pratica e noi clienti ne paghiamo le conseguenze.
Dovevo regalare un paio di orecchini a mia.moglie, da indossare in occasione del matrimonio di nostro figlio, e nonostante la promessa di consegna in 2/3 giorni lavorativi, sabato scorso mia moglie ha accompagnato mio figlio all'altare con un bellissimo vestito blù, una bellissima collana d'oro ma senza orecchini.
In conclusione, visto che a tutt'oggi non ho ancora ricevuto nulla farò l'unica cosa in mio potere per e spero facciano tutti quelli belle mie stesse condizioni, non farò più ordini di nessuno genere a chi si avvale di poste italiane per le consegne, poi sarete voi a valutare se perdere clienti o magari, non posso saperlo, risparmiare qualche euro sul trasporto

Perfect for the occasion

Ho effettuato un ordine on line per un regalo. Dopo aver ricevuto conferma d'ordine e avviso di spedizione, il giorno successivo mi è stato comunicato che l'articolo era esaurito. Nulla da dire circa la gentilezza delle comunicazioni, però dare per disponibile un articolo e 24 ore dopo rendersi conto che l'articolo è esaurito denota una scarsa organizzazione del sito on line.
