Please note that I was initially directed to a different site where the information I needed was not available. As a result, I had to search through my WhatsApp history to locate the correct site. Which I shared with others in the past.
I also found the tone of your response to be off-putting and not particularly client friendly. However, I understand that I am not engaging your company for pleasantries

Had to try 3 different credit cards…
Had to try 3 different credit cards before the transaction completed. Very frustrating.
**Apparently issue originated from my 2 banks. They probably stopped the transaction as it is overseas.**
