It is quite good experience with etoe website and customer service. I bought a projector from etoe official website. The projector has some defects in picture quality. So, I have contacted ETOE service team for the resolution and return. They have asked me to share the video clips illustrating the defect. I have shared the video clips. After few mail conversations and evaluating the videos clips, service team has understood one of the primary issue and offered me a full refund without returning the product.

I received full refund in few days.

My only suggestion to ETOE team is to make a note of the issues that I have reported and fix them to bring the best out of it and enable the support for mouse and keyboard connectivity to the projector.

We bought our projector in june 2024, the guarantee is 12 months. Suddenly after 14 months of use, the projector suddenly turned off and was impossible to turn on again. Coincidence ? Looks like planned obsolescence to me.
Then the customer service made me show proof of purchase, take pictures, videos, explain the issue several times. All this time and energy wasted just to get a pathetic answer saying "We recommend that you contact your retailer to arrange after-sales assistance. We hope you understand."
Yes. I understand your a scam. How can your product just shut down like that for no reason at all.

I recommend you buy a projector from another company cause theirs isn't going to last, and the customer service is no use.
Huge let down.

Ho comprato Etoe E3 Pro a dicembre 2023 su Amazon venduto direttamente da loro. È durato il tempo che finisse la garanzia di un anno. Ho contattato l'assistenza che non mi da supporto essendo finita la garanzia... soldi buttati per prodotti che durano niente motivo per cui vendono in Italia con garanzia ad un anno invece di 2 come dovrebbe essere da legge italiana.
AGGIORNAMENTO:
Aggiorno la recensione per informare i potenziali aquirenti di questa marca che la loro disponibilità è falsa. Pur avendo inviato i dati che mi chiedevano, tramite questo portale, per il supporto, non sono stato nemmeno contattato. Volevo aggiornare a 0 stelle ma non si può e quindi rimane una immeritata stella.

Mi sento in dovere di informare i potenziali acquirenti di prodotti di questa marca che non solo non forniscono supporto, ma non permettono nemmeno la riparazione in autonomia, in quanto non è nelle loro policy fornire pezzi di ricambio.
Spiegare meglio le problematiche riscontrate ai potenziali acquirenti di videoproiettori di questo marchio: APPENA DOPO LA SCADENZA DELL'ANNO DI GARANZIA LA VENTOLA INTERNA DEL VIDEOPROIETTORE FA RUMORE E NON FUNZIONA. QUESTA VENTOLA NON SI TROVA SUL MERCATO EUROPEO ED E' IMPOSSIBILE RIPARARE IL VIDEOPROIETTORE CHE E' INTERAMENTE DA BUTTARE PER UN BANALE COMPONENTE.

Ho comprato etoe Seal pro e mi trovo molto bene . Ho avuto dei problemi con la configurazione, ho contattato il servizio di assistenza che prontamente mi hanno risposto e risolto il mio problema, quindi servizio top e rapido. Grazie

I purchased the e3pro projector from amazon. I was very happy with the quality of the product but I noticed a small fault on the lens.
I contacted their customer services who promptly sent a replacement unit.
Grace was extremely helpful, kind and courteous.
This company really know how to look after their customers and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
