The Giftery & Co London Arvostelua

I absolutely loved my rose! I’m really happy with my purchase and would love to buy some of the other designs in the future. Thank you!

Lovely presentation looking forward to giving to my daughter for her 18th

My order came pretty quick and the product was a good standard. Only part I’d say needs improvement is updates on the whereabouts of your delivery

Didn't send an email confirming the purchase, updates on the purchase would have been nice

Excellent service per usual. Rose bear is extremely beautiful and delivered on time !

I have purchased roses from this company for a few years and they have consistently delivered quality roses. Prices are very reasonable. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you the giftery!

Always love ordering from The Giftery & Co! They always have great sales, both fast and free delivery and their quality never disappoints! I definitely recommend ordering their flowers. Your recipient will love them!

Top quality and quick delivery, amazing service. Highly recommended!

I ordered a box of eternity roses from The Giftery & Co London and the product itself is absolutely outstanding. The roses are beautiful, perfectly arranged, and the box feels very premium and luxurious. You can immediately see the attention to detail and high quality.

The best part for me was my wife’s reaction – she was genuinely speechless and loved them. That moment alone made this purchase worth it and I would definitely buy from them again.

The only downside was the delivery, which was handled by Royal Mail, not the company. The item was dispatched a day earlier because Royal Mail doesn’t operate on Sundays, and despite requesting delivery to a parcel shop, that instruction wasn’t passed to the driver. This is clearly a Royal Mail issue rather than the seller’s fault.

That said, the product arrived in perfect condition and the company itself delivered exactly what they promised – a luxury, high-quality gift that made a real impact.

Highly recommended for the product and presentation. Just be aware that Royal Mail’s service may not always match your expectations.

The box is luxurious and exactly as described in the picture

Was sent an email saying I’d receive a discount if I put up a review on Google & trustpilot which I did and I never received any money back. I even emailed them and they never replied. Which I think is pretty bad. On the upside the product was good hence why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.

These guys are great. They have some amazing products and I’ve bought 4 of the bears in the last 16 months for family members. EVERY single one was so happy. The quality of the the rose and the pricing are top quality. Great customer service. I strongly recommend people to shop here. You won’t be disappointed I promise.

Beautiful rose and teddy delivered as advertised, recipient was well pleased with the gift. No delivery estimate was provided during purchase but tracking was provided once it got shipped.

I ordered from here for the first time as a last-minute gift for a leaving party, and I was really impressed. The delivery was super fast, and the packaging was both elegant and secure, which made the whole experience feel very professional.

The roses themselves look absolutely stunning – vibrant, fresh, and beautifully presented. Even though you can’t take them out of the box, they make a perfect display piece just as they are, adding a touch of elegance to any room.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and speed of service, and I would definitely order again for a special occasion.

The rose bear arrived in perfect condition and well packaged. Couldn't be happier with it.

Absolutely beautiful forever roses. I bought these for my daughters 16th she was in love with everything I bought from this site. Few months on they still look as good as new highly recommend

The petals were absolutely stunning and exceeded my expectation. The delivery was also on time.
