Eternal Collection (Scotland) Arvostelua

I love the colours of my two recent necklaces- one was pale green and the other turquoise- both go with my tops. They are just the right length for my neckline. Best of all they have a magnetic clasp which is so easy to manipulate. Both came in beautiful boxes with a protective lining.

GOOD QUALITY SCARVES AND QUICK SERVICE

I have bought some lovely things from Eternal , absolutely love them , will be buying more , everyone should take a look .

The earrings I ordered look absolutely stunning and the customer service experience was great. I was kept updated on the progress of my order and it arrived quickly. It came in a cute little gift box with details on how to care for it. The packaging itself looked secure with bubble wrap inside the envelope. Overall, great experience and I will be purchasing from them again.

My order arrived quickly and well packaged. The pearls I ordered are beautiful and were packed in a lovely blue box. I have worn the pearls a couple of times and they have been much admired. I had also lost a butterfly for some earrings from Eternal. They sent me two new ones free of charge. Thank you. Over the years I have bought several excellent pieces of jewellery from Eternal and will certainly do so again.

Lovely choice especially the clip on earrings. Also a good choice of colours. Always arrives on time and well presented. Good quality jewellery.

Wide range of earrings suitable for gift I was choosing. Very pretty and delicate sterling silver. Prompt efficient delivery.

Nice large freshwater pearls from a nice company.

I only wished they made a bit bigger clip on earrings

I was a customer of your company where I bought several items, wonderful clip on earrings of leaves a nd flowers. This company then sent out catalogues books for earrings etc. I know times change and I was delighted to trace you you on line. I was disappointed not to see leaf shapes. I have bought items off you in recent months and been delighted with them. Hope to see more in the future.

Un engaño , no me ha llegado el pedido, estafadores

Lovely necklace, just as described.

From the ordering to the delivery, the experience was quick and well managed.

From start to finish...perfect. Delivery on time and a lovely surprise. Butterfly backs were delivered in the cutest little tie bags. Different colours for different backs. Smashing.

Great customer service.
Quality product. Fantastic value.
Bought gold amethyst cardigan chain to use on a wedding suit, looks very stylish.
Needed the same in silver chain, none available on website messaged to ask if there was any possibility of obtaining and they went away to check all stock just in case rogue one available. Cannot ask for anything more, customer service at its' best.

Son unos estafadores. Intento desde hace un mes devolver el anillo que me enviaron ya que no coincide con la foto y ya han generado doce números para resolver el caso. En dos días me dicen algo, y así sigo. Solo hablo con una máquina.
