Incredible Staff to Help You
I turned up at the Etech shop not realising that you needed to have made an appointment. I had been looking at their website for a few weeks and was on holiday in the area so decided to see if I could have a demo before ordering! Michael was incredibly kind enough to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment and was incredibly helpful and giving a demo of the Etech Freedome Pro ST to me and my husband and let me take one for a spin around outside! He was very knowledgeable, not pushy at all and both me and my husband felt quite at ease!! Got home and promptly ordered the Limited Edition Purple version and can’t wait for it to arrive!! Thank you so much Michael!

The Y20 Luxe is outstanding as are the Etech staff
The Y20 Luxe is a sturdy and robust power Chair which provides very comfortable seating and good leg room. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Chair to others, unfortunately we have had to return it due to the weight in lifting it in the car boot which at 18kg is a bit too heavy for my wife. Unfortunately my health prevents me from helping her. Etech have been very polite, courteous and helpful throughout the whole process - thank you to the customer service team.

We're delighted to hear that you were impressed with the Y20 Luxe, particularly its sturdy build, comfortable seating and generous leg room. We really appreciate your recommendation of the chair despite it ultimately not being the right fit for your circumstances.
We completely understand your decision to return it. Although the Y20 Luxe has an 18kg lifting weight, we appreciate that this can still be too heavy when regularly loading it into a car, particularly when lifting assistance isn't available.
We're especially pleased to hear that our Customer Service team made the return process as straightforward as possible and that you found everyone polite, courteous and helpful throughout.
Thank you again for choosing Etech Mobility and for your kind words about both the Y20 Luxe and our team. We truly appreciate your feedback and support.

Customer service and advice was very…
Customer service and advice was very helpful and friendly. Thoroughly explained options.
It arrived very quickly .
Setting it up was maybe a little tricky! But it didn’t take long at all.
Wheelchair is so good, that my dad is now getting one too! It’s got a great range, is stable, and living by the coast, has dealt with a lot of uneven ground and managed perfectly. Mum is still coming round to having to use a wheelchair, but she says it’s comfortable. It’s also easy to get in and out of both independently and while being supported.
Just a slight negative with the delivery company, however Etech also raised a complaint with them and the individual who delivered with has been educated!!

We’re delighted that you found our customer service team friendly and helpful, and that they took the time to explain the available options thoroughly. It’s also wonderful to hear that the wheelchair arrived so quickly and, although the initial setup was a little tricky, that you had it ready to use without too much difficulty.
We’re especially pleased that the wheelchair has provided such good range, stability and comfort for your mum. Knowing that it has handled the uneven ground near the coast so well, while also allowing her to get in and out independently or with support when needed, is fantastic. We completely understand that adjusting to using a wheelchair can take time, and we hope the comfort and freedom it provides will continue to build her confidence.
It’s an incredible compliment that your dad has been so impressed that he is now getting one too!
We’re sorry that part of the delivery experience fell below expectations, but we’re glad our team was able to raise the matter directly with the delivery company and ensure it was addressed. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to help. Your feedback means a great deal to the entire Etech Mobility team.

Love my chair
Had my new chair for few weeks now. Voyager 185. I only use my chair on weekends, it’s pretty heavy so I couldn’t lift out of my car myself, my husband has to be with me. Having previously had a chair from ETech, which I loved, I just needed a better footplate for comfort which my new chair is great for, I do think my old chair had a better range of motion, like turning round on the spot, but I think that’s me just not being fully used to my new one. It looks great, love new batteries in the arms and not under the seat, so easier and onboard charging too, which I haven’t utilised as of yet. Customer service off ETech is second to none, they’re lovely people. The delivery service was really good too, letting you track all the time. Best thing is the price compared to other well known companies these are great value. Sold my previous chair to a friend and he loves it. Would highly recommend ETech Mobility

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed review and for returning to Etech Mobility for your new chair.
We’re delighted that the Voyager 185’s improved footplate is providing the additional comfort you were looking for, and that you’re pleased with its appearance and thoughtful features. Having the batteries positioned within the arms makes them much easier to access, while the onboard charging option offers added convenience whenever you’re ready to use it.
We appreciate your honest comments regarding the chair’s weight and manoeuvrability. Every model can feel slightly different, particularly during the first few weeks, but our team is always happy to provide guidance if you would like any assistance getting accustomed to your Voyager 185 or using its features.
It’s also wonderful to hear that you received excellent customer service and found the tracked delivery process helpful. Offering high-quality mobility products at fair and competitive prices is extremely important to us, so we’re pleased that you found your new chair to be such good value.
Thank you for your continued support and recommendation. It’s lovely to know that your previous chair is also being enjoyed by its new owner, and we wish you many comfortable outings with your Voyager 185.

Freedom pro ST electric wheelchair
I have Parkinson's tremor in my right hand and I needed a left hand control.....having searched for weeks and endless phone calls I had given up hope as they only did right handed controls,
I then came across Etech mobility by accident and noticed they could do the control on the left side.
I phoned up and spoke to a lovely gentleman who told me yes I could have a left hand control.....that sealed the deal. I purchased the lightweight folding electric wheelchair FREEDOM PRO ST in red.
I ordered there and then and in two days it was delivered, it also came with a tool kit which was a nice surprise plus a battery charger for the wheelchair ( you can also charge the battery from the control ). PLUS i also got a thirty pound discount !!!!
I also ordered a pair of 7 foot adjustable ramps to get it up and down the 4 steps leading from my garden to street level.
ABSOLUTELY 100% TOP NOTCH SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Thank you for choosing Etech Mobility. We wish you many comfortable and enjoyable journeys with your Freedom Pro ST.
Excellent service throughout, including after-care.
I bought an Etech Pro about a year ago, when the company offered helpful advice and sent the machine and easily-followed instructions promptly. They regularly provided follow-up maintenance advice, which I ignored. Consequently, when the footrest came adrift because one of its hinges came undone (my fault for ignoring maintenance advice), I asked for a replacement, expecting to have to pay for it. However, they immediately sent one at no charge, and have continued to check that all is well. Excellent after-care service.
