Quick turn around and fantastic communication.

The ordering process was simple and Malek was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
Our order was complete within 24 hours after payment and the product came out brilliantly! So much so that the team and guests asked if they could take theirs home. Thank you Etchnshine!

I was delighted with my coasters
I was delighted with my coasters. They were delivered within a few days after ordering. The quality of the slate was excellent and the pictures were very clear. I would not hesitate to order from this company again and would recommend them to others.

Poor quality
I bought personalised item, followed all the advice available on their website, contacted them for preview and yet the item I received was of very poor quality. It was an image etched on a mug and in most places the etched barely scratched the surface of the colour coating of the mug. Even though my design was a simple single line drawing, the final product doesn’t have clear and crisp lines as they promise. They packed and shipped that product to me, either not even checking the quality or checking and being satisfied with providing such poor quality product to a client.
When contacted, they refused to make it right, which again makes me believe that they are happy to provide mediocre quality products.
Bottom line, I’d never recommend a business that is satisfied with providing poor quality products.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet expectations.
After reviewing your order, we confirmed that the original design was a delicate hand-drawn sketch with very fine lines. While we enhanced the artwork to strengthen the engraving, light line drawings can sometimes result in a softer finish on coloured tumblers. We recognise that this was disappointing, and we sincerely apologise.
We also looked into your request for a preview. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive that message, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. Based on your feedback, we’re improving the wording and submission process on our website to make previews and artwork confirmation much clearer for future customers.
To resolve the matter, we offered two options:
A £5 store credit, or
A complimentary re-engraving on the reverse side with further image enhancement.
While we understand these weren’t the solutions you preferred, please know that we take pride in the care and quality of our work and are committed to offering fair resolutions.
As outlined in our returns policy, personalised items are not eligible for refunds unless the product itself is faulty. This is standard practice for custom-made goods, but we always aim to communicate this policy clearly before purchase.
We remain fully committed to customer care and to learning from feedback like yours. Every comment helps us refine our process and deliver better experiences in the future.
