Had a quick chat on their site about deliveries and despite a small mishap (courier's fault, not theirs) was delivered promptly.

Superb service

I've been after a 30 series GPU for ages, and this site had it in stock and was able to get me one next day. You can't get better than that for service. Top notch!!

Amazing customer service!

Helped me out so much with anh questions or issues that came up! With quick replies and amazing selection of things to say to me to reassure me and to help me feel at ease when there was a problem! Honestly have not seen better customer service! I will be shooping here agin based on that alone! l could nor be happier with how the staff act here+!

Exactly what I wanted

Product arrived very quickly considering I am in the North of Scotland, no issues with it so can't comment on customer service out with the speedy delivery and no nonsense buying.
