A sharp and quite deep dent in the passenger door was expertly removed such that you'd have ZERO chance of knowing it was ever there. Highest possible recommendation for administration, quality of work and on-site friendliness.

Fabulous service from the general enquiry to th alloy being repaired. Colin turned up on time was polite and did an excellent job repairing my curbed alloy. Would definetley recommend!

Had my alloy wheel repaired, which included the tyre to be taken off.
Work completed no problem.
Then two days later, I had a knocking at the back off my car, started to get flashed by other cars, the tyre to the alloy that was repaired come loose and the bolts came out, and there was wobbling, fortunately I didnt cause a major accident and that my grandchildren weren't in the car.
When I spoke to smart repair they didnt seem to concerned, but I have to get the threads checked and the tracking re done, and id like to know who's paying for it.

I quickly received a competitive quote after submitting details of the damaged alloy wheel utilising the on-line estimate request form.
After a conversation it was agreed the the repair would take three days to complete and my vehicle would have to be left at the main depot in Chelmsford. On arrival at the depot the method of repair was explained.
The alloy looks as good as new. I will definitely be using Essex Smart Repairs again.

Essex Smart Repairs gave me a very good quote quickly. I took it in when requested (two working days later) and they returned it when they said they would - two days later looking perfect.
Brilliant job. As good as new, if not better.
And they were very friendly and polite - didn’t even smile when I said how I had done it.
Can’t recommend them highly enough.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!

Avoid at all costs the completely ruined my vehicles paint work completely I’ve never seen such a horrendous paint job in my life. When I contacted them about this they said they don’t warrant any of their work what so ever and won’t hold any accountability for what they have done and proceeded to say take it up with the dealership I got the vehicle from. It’s not the dealerships problem when they pay you to do a job and you completely ruined it and screwed it up. Your the company that painted the car your the company that needs to sort this out because I’m going to be out of pocket over £2700 to get the paint work done correctly. These pictures don’t even do it justice it’s even worse in person. I’ve been told countless times when people question your company’s work or have issues it’s the exact same answer. Honestly all I want is my pride and joy sorted I don’t want to hear excuses or I need to go to this person or that person or you don’t warrant your work or anything I want to hear solutions I want you to pay for the paint work to be done professionally!!!!! If this was your vehicle I’m pretty sure you’d be doing the exact same. I’ve sent you numerous emails and constantly ignored. I’ve spoken to loads of people who have had to re do your work multiple times and have been in the same situation as my vehicle. Honestly absolutely joke of a company.

Went to Essex repairs for a cracked rim and they were very efficient and friendly ( Chelmsford) . Can’t fault their services!! Highly recommend

Couldn’t be bothered to get back to me.
Obviously a dent is out of their capabilities!

After a few days of waiting to book, managed to fit me in same day and did a superb job in and out of the rain
The diamond cut wheels look new which was a worry at around £500 each to replace

They were very helpful from the start of my car alloys being repaired to when I picked car up.

Booked my alloy repair using the whatsapp link with a speedy response from Colin and a date that was suitable. Perfectly punctual and a quick repair. Will absolutely look to use this company again, however I hope I don't scuff too many alloys!!

Fantastic service provided by Alex who came to the house to do a mobile repair of kerb damage to my diamond cut alloy. He took it away as it was easier and returned it 24 hrs later looking absolutely brand new. I would definately use them again and 100% recommend their fast, efficient and professional service.
