Essence Amsterdam Arvostelua

I ordered two necklace. One is engraved as a wanted my son's names on it. It is perfectly executed and the stone on the pendant is very beautiful. The other one is the pearls one. This one looks most cheaper but is ok.
I had a delivery problem but customer service reacted immediately and provided me with a new tracking. My order arrived just one day later!

I ordered my pieces and they arrived without any issues.
The material is great and the value per dollar is very good.
Last week I had an issue with my ring. The stone which is forged into the ring broke. I was very unhappy and expected more durability. I immediately sent a mail to the customer support and within 6 hours the answered me and sent me a new ring.
That’s how every company should treat their customers! Apologize for mistakes and make it up to the buyer.
Thank you Sarah

Was so pleased with the first couple pieces I got that I had to get more. This time I got two new chains and, once again, I am not disappointed! The new pieces add to various ways I can style outfits and I’m very happy with my purchase.

I ordered for 2 chains with pendants. It was what I ordered for I got. One of the pendants had my name engraved on it exactly what I wanted. Essence Amsterdam is a Jeweller to purchase from

Absolutely in love with Essence Amsterdam!
From the very first moment, their team was warm, responsive, and genuinely attentive. You can feel the care they put into every detail — from the packaging to the quality of the jewellery. My order arrived quickly and exceeded all expectations. It’s rare to find a brand that combines elegance, soul, and such lovely customer service. Thank you for making it feel so personal and special. I’ll definitely be back for more! 💍✨

Great Company, Reliable quality, professional conduct and flexible team.

Excellent jewellery at Essence Amsterdam! No fading, no bullshit, for a good price. Give it a try, you’ll be surprised by the quality!

Fantastic jewellery I’m looking forward to receiving my second delivery from essence! Thanks for the great customer service Sarah! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I ordered a chain and a bracelet and both were met to my expectations. Also the offer in which I ordered was really good. A good value of money. ☺️

BETRUG!

My sincere gratitude goes to Mrs Sarah from the customer care support team for her incredible job that she offers to customers throughout all the questions regarding the products from Essence Amsterdam. Sarah, keep shining with the great job you are doing, you are highly recommended as far as customer care service is concerned 🤗🤙

Excellent service

Nice and clean looking jewelry! Nice to wear and fits nicely, customers support are amazing!

My order was delayed, tracking was never updated.
Tried contacting support, didn't get a reply until I left a review here

I purchased a bracelet as a gift for my boyfriend and we were very happy with the product. We unfortunately had a problem a few months later and so reached out to customer service who were very happy to apply their lifetime warranty and swiftly sent us out a replacement. Thumbs up to them !
