Great warranty
I bought jewelry from them two years ago and wear the pieces daily. One piece finally broke. Within 24 hours customer service had shipped me a new piece as a lifetime warranty replacement! Amazing customer service and great product

Bought something for the first time and all went well. Delivery was fast and I got updates the whole time. Unfortunately my order got mixed up and I got the wrong items. Contacted customer support and everything was solved in the time span of a few hours. Extremly quick, nice and overall great support experience. As a bonus I even get to keep the wrongfully sent item. Not a single bad thing to say.

Waardeloze klantenservice
Pakket retour gegaan vanaf ophaalpunt naar Essence, zij blijven aangeven dat ze niets retour hebben ontvangen ondanks DHL tracking dit wel aangeeft. Gelukkig via Klarna besteld, want klantenservice weigert bij DHL te informeren. Maar is nu duidelijk dat Essence dit niet kan omdat zij niet de opdrachtgever zijn maar een bedrijf uit China, dus het is gewoon dropshipping.
Ook geen telefoonnummer te bekennen. Alleen via mail contact mogelijk en ene Sarah reageert alleen in het Engels.
Blijf dus ver weg van dit bedrijf.
Update 12-03-2026:
De reactie van Essence dat er geen bestelnr bekend is, is echt totale onzin. Heb tig mails van Sarah hierover, dus mooie afleidingsmanouvre.
Zelfs nu ik een bericht van ACM Consuwijzer heb doorgegeven aan Sarah weigeren ze te voldoen aan de NL wetgeving en de koop te ontbinden. Dan maar lekker doorgaan tot het desnoods moet voorkomen. Ik sta volgens de NL wet volledig in mijn recht.
Trouwens eindelijk achterhaald waar de zending vandaan kwam en inderdaad uit China via Yunexpress Log dus zoals bij meerdere review al is gemeld, gewoon dropshipping.

Billige Qualität, Betrug bei der Rücksendung
Der Schmuck hat billigste Qualität, selbst die Aktion, bei der man das 2. günstigere Teil gratis bekommt ist es nicht wert. Der Versand hat über 2 Wochen gedauert und kam sicher nicht aus Amsterdam. Ich wollte meine Bestellung zurücksenden und wurde per Email mehrfach hingehalten und mit einem Gutschein vertröstet. Erst nach über einer Woche hin und her (meist ohne Antwort des Supports) wurde mir die Rücksendeadresse genannt: Ein Postfach in Amsterdam. Habe für 15€ ein Versandetikett gekauft und exakt wie verlangt adressiert. Nach ein paar Tagen wurde das Paket von DHL kostenpflichtig an mich zurückgesendet, weil es nicht zustellbar war.
Bestellt da auf keinen Fall. Das gibt nur Ärger.

Great service
The stone was lost from my necklace after only wearing the piece for a short period. I decided to contact the customer service and directly got great service. Sarah was fast, kind and effective. The jewellery is beautiful and I will definately keep buying pieces here, so do my friends!

My experience with Essense Amstadan was great and lovely
My experience with Essense Amstadan was a special one,I fell in love with the jewellery the very first day I saw it and this prompted me to make my other asap,as soon as it came it was just exactly as described,so gorgeous and lovely. Unfortunately I lost my it after just 2nd time of wearing it, I contacted the admin and the make every process of getting a new one a very smoothly one. Disappointing
I was excited for this package and delivery was slow. Now that it’s arrived, I am disappointed. All the hype that they smell the same as expensive counterparts is hype IMO. The scent doesn’t last all day. I feel I really fell for the hype here and wanted to write this review in the hope of saving someone else the pain.

I bought two necklaces. The second is a gift so I haven’t opened it, but the first one is so beautiful. It’s good quality and waterproof so I don’t have to take it off or anything if I don’t want to.
