Refused a refund claiming the item was already dispatched to the courier.
I had to escalate through PayPal to get a refund.

No response, no updates, and no delivery after payment
I placed an order on Espace Golf’s website on June 2nd, 2025, for a golf club worth approximately €162. I completed the payment and sent proof of payment by email shortly after.
Since then, I have received no updates whatsoever regarding the status or shipping of my order. I also attempted to contact them several times via email and phone, but they do not reply to emails and do not answer the phone.
To make matters worse, I believe I checked out as a guest, so I cannot track the order or confirm which email address is associated with it. This makes it even more frustrating not to receive any assistance or follow-up.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism. I paid in good faith, and it’s unacceptable to be left with no product and no response for nearly two weeks.
I sincerely hope this review encourages Espace Golf to respond and resolve this situation as soon as possible

This company uses deceptive pricing…
This company uses deceptive pricing practices. I tried to order a golf rain jacket and golf trousers. In my cart the price (before shipping and discounts) was quoted at $398. When I went to pay the price (before shipping and discounts) was $434. I tried two times yesterday, and another time today, and the same issue occurs. I contacted their support team and was told by Bastien "Product prices can vary from day to day depending on sales periods, brand agreements, stocks and our pricing policy. This explains why you are currently seeing a price difference. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover this difference." Changing their stated price when a customer moves from cart to payment must be their general practice. Never seen this before, and I will never order from this company. Very dishonest. I will spread the word to the best of my ability.

Não foi cumprido o prazo estabelecido. Estava indicado que a entrega iria ocorrer em 24h mas na realidade demorou 5 dias. Considero inadmissível a situação.
