Eskute UK Arvostelua 

Acquistata online la bici Eskute Polluno Pro nell agosto 2022. La bici è arrivata da montare. Fatta montare da un tecnico ma mancavano dei pezzi. Tutto comunicato alla Azienda che ha risposto di provvedere noi all acquisto dei pezzi mancanti che poi ci avrebbero rimborsato. (rimborso mai arrivato). Ho cominciato ad usare la bici dopo 3 mesi dall acquisto. In inverno non è stata utilizzata, in primavera al momento di usarla la batteria non dava segni di vita. Rigenerata la batteria ho cominciato ad usarla dopo 2 mesi il carica batteria non funziona più. Cambiato anche quello. Una settimana fa dopo averla usata per mezz'ora ho fatto per togliere la batteria per riporla in un luogo più idoneo ma appena ho toccato la fessura dove infilare la chiave è uscita una fiammata e a parte lo spavento la batteria non dà più segni di vita.. Contattato per l'ennesima volta il servizio clienti dopo svariate mail mi hanno risposto che in effetti la batteria non funziona più ma siccome è scaduta la garanzia la sostituzione è a mio carico... Senza motivarmi l'accaduto. Questa bici è costata molto non ho potuto godermela come avrei sperato, mi ha dato solo problemi e spese. Il sevizi clienti molto gentilmente NON HA MAI RIPOSTO O RISOLTO I MOLTEPLICI PROBLEMI CHE HO AVUTO CON LA BICI. Non penso di voler spendere altri 300€ con il rischio che si ripeta un altro evento così grave senza aver avuto neanche una spiegazione dell'accaduto. Sono profondamente delusa dal prodotto e dal sevizio fornito dall azienda.

Wir mögen unsere Eskute E-Bikes sehr gerne. Es ist problemlos möglich, damit einen Fahrradanhänger inkl. 2 Kinder zu ziehen. Die Unterstützung lässt sich stufenlos und einfach verstellen. Die Fahrräder sehen super modern aus, fahren sich gut und sind für unsere Zwecke bestens geeignet.
Leider war der Akku bereits recht schnell kaputt, allerdings haben wir hier Ersatz erhalten. Der Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice lief schnell und reibungslos ab.
Gerade für den Preis zwei super solide Fahrräder.

Eskute - in particular Jenny - were so informative and helpful. my overall experience was a very pleasant one. there were many emails needed before the problem was resolved. I highly recommend for their electric bikes and their service.

Purchased in January 2023. Battery went dead in July 2023. They replaced it, and once again 6 months later it's not working. It's a real shame that the quality of the product is lacking. Don't buy these bikes, they are awful quality and riddled with problems.

Ich hatte ein Problem mit meinem Accu und mein Pedelec ist nicht mehr gefahren. Der Support von Escute hat sich schnell gemeldet und das Problem nach meiner Beschreibung erkannt.
Nach kurzer Erklärung konnte ich das Problem selber auf dem Display beheben.
Wirklich super. Besser geht es nicht.

Thank you for your speedy reply. As I have highlighted there is an ongoing history with your battery failing therefore, leaving the bike you supply unusable (not fit for purpose). However, your reply to my email saying’s “may restock it within 2 months.” Your reply is unacceptable no confirmation if the battery is not available in the future. Therefore, as I have said in previous email can you confirm by 29th March 2024 that I will be receiving the correct battery or a partial refund for the purchase of the bike? As the bike cannot be used without the correct battery therefore, unfit for purpose. Just to remind you this has been an ongoing communication with no outcome since October 2023. In closing my email I find this it unacceptable after 5 months no commitment from your organisation to resolve these batteries issue and charging for a replacement battery.

Terrible company. The batteries on the e bikes are rubbish, most don’t even last a year. Just check for yourself on google. The company should be providing better batteries with bike that cost approx £1k.

Für das Geld ein super Fahrrad. Mein Mann und ich haben beide eskute Fahrräder. Wir sind sehr zufrieden... Ebenso mit dem sehr freundlichen Service!

This is one of the worst bikes you can buy.

The breaks arrived not working, you can't get parts done quickly as everything is based out of the UK.

It starts to fall apart after only a few months use, screen coming off, hub motor not working, controller making loud noises.

Support is terrible.

They force you into writing a review to get a quicker help.

Was a waste of money, as they wouldn't replace the battery after it stopped charging.

The journey with my e-bike started off smoothly. However, about six months in, the first hiccup occurred: the battery died. This was a significant inconvenience, given that the battery is the heart of an e-bike. Fortunately, the customer service team was prompt in their response, and I was sent a new battery without much hassle. This quick resolution was a relief and seemed to underline the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

However, another six months passed, and I faced the same issue again. The second battery also failed. This was disheartening and started to raise questions about the durability and reliability of the batteries provided. Yet, amidst this frustration, a ray of hope emerged in the form of Jenny from customer service. Jenny's professionalism, empathy, and efficiency in handling my case were commendable. Thanks to her efforts, I received my third battery in just a year. As of now, everything seems to be working fine, and I am cautiously optimistic about the road ahead.

Despite these positive aspects, I cannot overlook my disappointment with the guarantee policy. Initially, I was under the impression that there was a comprehensive 2-year warranty. It was only when these issues arose that I discovered the nuances within their policy. Specifically, the battery, arguably one of the most crucial components of the e-bike, only carries a one-year warranty. This discrepancy between expectations and reality was a letdown and something potential buyers should be aware of.

In conclusion, my e-bike has been a mixed bag of experiences. It has brought me immense joy and convenience, but not without its share of challenges. The support from customer service, particularly Jenny, has been a significant positive. However, the complications with the battery and the nuances within the warranty policy are areas where there is room for improvement. I remain hopeful that the current battery will last well beyond its predecessors, and I look forward to many more miles of eco-friendly commuting.

I have had excellent customer service from Jenny at Eskute.
She understood the issue with my bicycle immediately.
The responses were prompt, efficient and courteous.
My issue was resolved within two weeks.

Except the customer service, other things are nightmare, serval error comes up.
Battery fail two times, they do send me a replacement, that I appreciate.
And now I suffering the motor issue, try to fix it, but impossible to do it because screw is extremely tight. Ask them to send me the whole rear instant of send me the motor and they refuse it.

I contacted "Support" because my bike was cutting out when the battery still had 3 bars showing. Eskute responded immediately and said the battery would be replaced: the new one arrived within 5 weeks and the problem seems to have been resolved. Satisfied.

Lieferung, Verpackung und Zusammenbau lief einwandfrei.
Eine Schraube die gefehlt hat wurde innerhalb von ein Paar Tage ersetzt.

Just before last Christmas my battery died. On Christmas Day I was asked if I wanted to send some photos and on Boxing Day I received an email that the new battery was on its way. Now that's good service! thanks Eskute! and especially Jenny 😉

Received my bike with a spare battery. Postage was fast and efficient. Use my bike daily to commute to the city to save parking my car. The quality is good value for money. I would recommend Eskute. Rhys
