Bought the new Netuno plus, on arrival there where some scratches hence 4 stars, reached out to support and as we everyone spoke with Jenny.

She was great responsive and understanding after a few emails where both a return and exchange or full refund offered we agreed on a solution.

For this I have given 4 stars and also ordered a C100 for the wife, hopefully.

Not had a chance to ride yet but bike looks stunning and support been great

Eskute E-Bikes are among the most aesthetically and technologically well-maintained to date. Once you have decided to purchase a bike ‘on-line’, it is essential to be able to rely on the Service Team. I can assure you that the Eskute Service Team is able to follow its customers attentively, cordially and patiently until the problem is solved.
These are bicycles of a certain electronic complexity, and some problems can happen.
In my experience with a Bici Polluno Plus 2024 I had - during the warranty period - some malfunctions in the electronic part. I make no secret of my initial discouragement, due to the time it took to ship spare parts and then to install and test them.
Of course, in order not to get too sad during the time one is left stranded, the ideal would be to have a second E-bike available anyway.
For those who do not already own another bike, given the good prices and offers that sometimes arise when buying online, it would be wise to negotiate with Eskute for the purchase of 2 bikes:
E.g. a top-of-the-line model, flanked by a less expensive one, and perhaps helping with Klarna or other financing.
However, it is thanks to the problems I encountered, which I can fully testify to, that the Eskute Service Team followed me constantly, never giving up. Thank you again.

Customer service has been very efficient Jenny seems to be the main contact and has tried to help when we’ve had so many issues with our batteries shame the battery issue cannot be resolved we just want a bike ride without the fear of our battery failing

I ordered the wrong item by not reading the description correctly. Customer Support pointed out my mistake so I could understand where I went wrong but also agreed to send out the correct part which I needed at no extra cost.

The Eskute support team have accurately guided me through two problems with my Polluno Plus.
Their responses to a number of emails were prompt, accurate and successful.

I spent £900 for a bike that i could only use for an year(only couple of hundred miles)

After sales teams seemed to be responsive at first,but stopped replying when the part they sent me couldn't be installed by me.

Eskute has done a brilliant job recently in providing me the best customer after sales service. They resolved my issue in just minutes even though it has already been more than a year since I purchased my bike. They are super quick to response via emails. The team is just amazing. Best decision to buy Eskute bike :). The bikes are also of a great quality at an affordable price. I have not faced any issue until yet with the bike even after a year.

Hatte von Anfang an Probleme mit der Batterie sie liess sich nicht vollständig aufladen. Der Kontakt mit den Support Team war zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit mir wurde eine neue Batterie schnell zugesandt leider war diese auch defekt dann wurde mir ein neues Ladegerät zugesandt. Das neue Ladegerät war aber nicht die Ursache es lag eindeutig an der Batterie. Mir wurde nochmals eine neue Batterie zugesandt jetzt scheint alles in Ordnung zu sein. Das E-Bike fährt sich sehr leicht und gut. Die Verarbeitung ist mittelmässig nach ca 150 km musste ich sämtliche Bremsscheiben und Bremssättel nachziehen es sind keine Schraubensicherungen vorhanden die Tretkurbeln sind einfach zu lang, habe mir kürzere verbaut.
Die Übersetzung finde ich schlecht gewählt es wäre ein grösseres Kettenblatt sinnvoll .
Das Fahrrad hat hydraulische Bremsen finde ich sehr gut sehr gute Bremsleistung. Habe knapp 1100 € bezahlt finde ich angemessen.

From the beginning, it has been a negative experience. You're on your own and there isn't any assistance in the UK. My Motor was faulty and under warranty a new Bafang motor was provided , but installation was not assisted. needed a new Chainring mount as I was sent a slightly different motor. Only because I discovered the part I needed on my own did. It take two tries to get that them to send the right part. After everything was in place, the bike was unable to be powered up on the screen. Since the batteries are fine, I think I was delivered a defective motor. I've paid to have the brakes updated and all sorts and now I'm left with 1500 quid wasted.

I recently faced a small issue with my bike, and I contacted customer service. They were incredibly responsive and resolved the matter swiftly. I must say, their customer service is top-notch.I would like to express my special thanks to Janny for handling this matter so excellently.

Polluno Plus bought in April 2023.
I use this for commuting to work, the journey is 10 miles a day and I usually charge the battery twice each week. Once onsite it's left locked in the fairly open cycle shed with the battery removed.
I've just had to contact the support team after the torque sensor stopped working.
The support has been great, a new replacement part was sourced from the factory and delivered this week.
This has now been fitted and the bike is now working again.

The e-bike is providing very good service after one and half year.i have only faced one problem as my battery was not working properly. I contracted with them. They was very responsive. They send me a new battery.they try to help about everything. Well recommended e-bike.

Love the product and the colour.
We had a faulty back wheel but this company have gone above and beyond to resolve the issue.
They have kept in contact with me throughout the process.
I would definitely recommend and buy from this company again.
