I ordered an item "kids 3 in one bicycle" from the website "eshopie.in" on of 6th February at nearly about 10 AM. I have received one shipment message on 10 February, but still, I am not received my order, and the online store is disappeared from Shopify and Shopify support can't help me.
It was a really bad experience for me, I will suggest all people never trust any online store like this.
I ordered an item "Musical Children Carrier Ride On Toy Electric baby walker kids Swing Car with light" from website "eshopie.in" which was online store on Shopify on the date of 3rd February nearly about 11 AM in the morning. The item was worth Rs. 499 and it said that they usually deliver item in 3-7 days. Today I'm writing this complaint on the 14th February, 10:30 AM, because the online store is disappeared from Shopify and Shopify support can't help me. They also have my personal information such as my full name, mobile number, complete address of my home and my debit card details. So I hope proper solution, support and help will be provided to me. I want the product to be delivered soon or I want refund.
