ESET Ireland Arvostelua

I rarely post revies but I wanted to take a moment to express my Genuine appreciation for the exceptional support I consistently receive from ESET. The team, particularly Liberty and Paul, have been prompt and efficient in addressing my recent queries regarding an upgrade and Technical Support. This level of service is one of the key reasons I continue to renew my subscription year after year.
I’ve been customer for several years now, and it's not often that I need to reach out for assistance, but when I do, it's always a refreshing experience. It’s clear that ESET values its customers, and that commitment shines through in the quality of support your team provides.
I would highly recommend ESET to anyone seeking both reliable products and outstanding customer service.

ESET are a brilliant company very helpful and friendly,,their antivirus packages are excellent

I found that a lot of price offers were jumping out as I progressed through the website
I think I settled on a price for payment that was different from the starting ones. Not to worry I'm satisfied with the purchase. I'm a long time customer

Very happy with ESET service. Received the email and clicked on the link, made the payment. All went very smoothly.
I had to ring to make sure we were covered, as such a simple process.

ESET Ireland in my experience has been a great service from the time I have used their service. It has kept my systems free from viruses and unwanted mail which makes life so much easier and saves time from having to delete rubbish. What I love about the service is that I can quickly contact a human to speak to sort out any issues I have such as downloading or installing the service. I recommend this service highly in all the years Ive used it.

Very quick and easy to renew antivirus.
highly recommend

It is always a bit daunting & I also found, going through the ESET.ie I still ended up in British ESET, but once I got sorted & ESET always very quickly responsive & helpful, I feel I got an excellent price as an existing customer for 1 home device for 3 yrs And as soon as it was purchased, it seemed to be automatically installed, a mostly seamless experience & I have complete faith in ESET as one of the best if not THE BEST, Anti-Virus, out there..
