I placed an order with this company 3 months ago for >200 euro. item was no shipped. I asked for refund and they are delaying and avoiding repayment. I dont know if this is a real company or a scam. Do not purschase anything from their website

I see the "company" has responded with another fake message to say my order is not cancelled even through I have emailed 10 times definitely a scam

After this initial conversation with them they gave no refund and kept my money.i only heard from them again after I left a review on trustpilot a few months ago I will now copy and paste the conversation between me and them after they seen my review about them robbing me for €200

Ich kann nur jeden warnen NIE bei denen was zu bestellen ... wir lösten im Dezember 2021 eine Bestellung bei denen aus ... es gab nur Ausreden dass die Ware nicht geliefert werden kann ... im Januar 2022 stornierte ich die Bestellung... mittlerweile warte ich 7 Monate auf die Rückerstattung des Geldes ... unzählige E Mail s mit denen geschrieben... es kommen nur Ausreden... Das sind nur kriminelle BETRÜGER !

I've also fallen victim to their scams, unfortunately. I didn't think things through before placing an order for more than 380 Euro MONTHS AGO. It's been over half a year at this point that I'm chasing my refund with their "customer support" which in reality is 100% just one person at home replying to people asking for a refund with "it takes time, you need to wait your turn" or "the refund times are longer currently" They have opening hours for their support, and more often than not, they reply to your emails outside of the windows stated on their websites which only further proves the point of them being a fraud.

As others have pointed out, all the positive reviews are FAKE. The scammers themselves are putting up these reviews to save face and get people to fall into their scams. They also like to bully people who have posted these negative reviews into deleting them before they give them their refund. Absolutely horrendous.

I've since contacted my local authorities that handle consumer protection laws and I'm eager to see them open a court case and not just for the initial amount.

The company refuses to provide refunds despite promising them. I have been chasing a refund for over 24 months for a cancelled order and am always told the same lie "refunds take longer and you will be refunded when we can".

Same message over and over for 24 months. They have stolen my money and that of many other customers. All five star reviews are clearly fake.

J'ai donc demandé le remboursement de la somme indiquée ci-dessus le 27 juin dernier.

Le 1er juillet 2022, Esdorado a accepté de me rembourser dans un délai de 14 jours ouvrables.

Nous sommes le 6 août et je ne suis toujours pas remboursé.

Ce commerçant me promène d'e mails en e mails sans jamais satisfaire mes demandes avec des promesse non tenues : c’est inadmissible.

Les retards invoqués pour la livraison comme pour le remboursement ne sont pas crédibles au regard des délais promis.
Je ne peux donc pas me contenter d’excuses de votre part mais d’un remboursement urgent.

Pour cette raison, j’émets un avis défavorable et invite d’éventuels futurs clients à ne pas acheter sur ce site.

Plus de 3 mois pour recevoir un produit commandé.
Fournisseur à éviter impérativement.

They keep on sending mails that there is a delay, they never ever return the money or deliver the goods.
they just want to keep you hanging and waiting until you can not ask your money back from the creditcard.

Credit card instantly charged, order never shipped, had to fight for months against countless excuses for a refund. Only a formal inquiry to the Spanish authorities motivated these people to return me my money.

Mittlerweile sind wir bei 9 Monaten wo ich auf mein Geld warte und immer wieder kommt die aussage soll meine Bewertung löschen um eine schnellere Rückerstattung zu bekommen .... seid ja vorsichtig und bestellt woanders hier werdet ihr nie etwas bekommen und wartet monatelang auf euer geld
