Después de mi denuncia fui contactado directamente (26/09/24) informándome que enviarían nuevamente el producto. Al cabo de una semana (03/10/24) me informaron que el producto ya no estaba disponible y que seria reembolsado. Hoy (08/10/24) he recibido el reembolso en mi cuenta. Creo que esto ha sido gracias a la denuncia pública que hice en Trustpilot, no tenia otra forma de hacer-la. Tienen que mejorar los canales de contactos para que sean realmente efectivos al fin de solucionar incidencias como la que he denunciado. No son estafadores.
