Super cute! However, after wearing it for about 3 months, it started turning green. I wear my jewelry every day, swapping/cleaning them every few months. If you plan on using it for everyday wear, this is not for you.

Had another piece I bought around the same time. Has less oxidization,but it still turned green. So it wasnt a one time thing. Again, if you're looking for long wear, this is not for you.

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my recent order. One of the earrings I paid for was missing from the package. I contacted you and was told a replacement would be sent, but I have not received it, nor have I had any updates since.

In addition, the gift included in my order arrived damaged, which is unacceptable.

As a paying customer, I expect to receive the products I purchased in full and in good condition. This situation has caused unnecessary delay and frustration. It has been already a week and my replacement for the missing earring and the damaged “gift” were not event sent .

Placed an order for two earrings unfortunately only one arrived I contacted customer services and they responded quickly and sent second.
Delivery isn't quick but jewellery is beautiful and will be using again once all piercings have healed

So I was extremely skeptical after reading some negative reviews and reached out to the company to voice my concerns. They were polite and friendly even after I suggested I was worried that they were being accused of scamming people! They replied promptly and supported me with my anxiety around this purchase.
I told them that if I did in fact receive the earrings I would gladly write a review explaining this exact story - and they arrived just a moment ago!
They look beautiful, so shiny and blingy and they feel good quality so far!!

I ordered a tiny and smaller stud for my earlobe stack, a diamante stud hoop for my rook, and a 5 petal crown for my flat piercing; plus 2 purple pink studs for my friends birthday 🫶🏻
They arrived in a nice box too!

I placed an order and did not receive order confirmation or tracking info promptly. I started reaching out via email, which went unanswered for several days until I began blowing them up on their online chat. Even though they have generated a shipping lable, my order has not been shipped and they are refusing a refund. Buyer beware. This is a fradulent site.

Bought a lot of earrings from them which cost quite a bit the push in earrings are a waste of money i have now lost two of them the pin keeps coming out of the base of the earrings & is quite loose in there ridiculous design will not be buying them again.

Did not receive my order. I order EVERYTHING online and I ALWAYS receive my orders. The one time I dont I was gave the run around. All said and done in the end I was told to contact police. Ridiculous. Tbh I dont think my order was sent at all.

UPDATE: I started posting on facebook on their page and somewhere else so they got back to me in email and said " we will refund you it could take a few days" after refusing and telling me to call the police .. ridiculous I would have to literally post things or they dont have normal customer service.. like i said I get ALL my orders which makes me beleive nothing was sent to begin with or it got lost or probably send to the wrong house and the person kept it. Thats not my fault!

I bought a crystal moon necklace from this store for my daughter. When I saw their buy 3 get 1 free promotion, I ended up buying two hoop earrings as well. The necklace is of such nice quality and stunning- I can't believe I only paid $50 for it. The hoops are comfortable, and I use them myself. Definitely take advantage of the promotion to get the best deal from this store; they have so many great options!

Good quality. I am looking for the slide in earring rather than screw in kind of earring for a long time. EircaJewels have so many options of these types, and they are beautifully designed.

The earrings are just as advertised and of great quality. I would have bought more, but the sizes and colors I wanted were sold out!

Their website says shipping will take 15 - 20 business days and that they will email if there is a delay.
It has been over 50 business days and I have received no email about a delay, not even a courier email to say it's on its way. Just a dodgy email from Erica jewels in reply to my own email, with an EXPIRED AUSPOST tracking number. All of these emails sent to me have spelling and communication errors. Do not trust this site.

Honestly disappointed. I ordered 1 singular earring from their website, I was aware I was going to have to wait a bit longer as it was coming from Canada and I’m in the UK. I placed my order on the 20th of July and still have yet to receive my order on the 1st of September. Customer service was helpful when I hadn’t received my order and sent out a new one. However, the new one was apparently delivered today but no where to be found. When I try and enter my postcode to track it, it says its not correct. I confirmes my address with customer service when they sent out the replacement. I cannot contact the courier service as there is no contact information to do so.

They're absolutely amazing.

The earrings that I did receive are great and I am happy with them, however I took advantage of the buy 3 get 2 free promotion and didn’t receive one of the items. I emailed and my initial email was misunderstood as she thought I’d expected 2 of one type of earring, when I just hadn’t received one type of earring that I had bought. I went back to clarify, stating the item name and I’ve not heard anything back - this was over a week ago.

I rarely write reviews, but this is a good company. I ordered some earrings, which were great value for money, arrived quickly (especially as I'm in UK and they are Canadian) and are simply the best cartilege earings I've had to date (robust, easy to insert and extract and pretty). I'd highly recommend.
