E.R.E Property  Arvostelua

Thank you Gabriella for your commitment to implementing this investment, which is the first I have made in assisted living and I hope to do more in the near future

ERE came in at the right time when I was ready for my first property investment.
The deal was initially introduced to me by Emma Chivers a phenomenon property consultant and Gabriella Mercer another dedicated and hard working Sales manager from ERE ensured the entire purchasing process from start to finish was seamlessly and delivered right on time. Thank you ERE.

Throughout the six years we have known Robert Medd we have bought six properties.
We are excited about upcoming projects with ERE, he always lets us know what opportunities are available.

He clearly talks through all aspects of the deal and always answers questions and helps solve any problems that arise (though few have).

Our current buy has been managed by Adam Yaqub and Eimeren Dizon who have been helpful and good at communicating the timeline and what needs doing when.

I have recommended Robert and ERE to quite a number of people over the years and many have bought properties due to my recommendation.

It was an outstanding support by Kyle and Eimeren during my real estate procurement. They have done excellent job throughout my procurement cycle. We had a lots of challenges but they always managed it. Those type of experiences will make me come back to them for any future purchases. In addition, i will always recommend them to my friends.

Mr. Llewelyn James is very patient and informative. Regardless of the numerous questions I asked, he was always patient in responding and could even offered detailed explanations. Mr. James is such a responsible and trustworthy investment director that I will not mind recommending my friends to approach him if needs arise.

James Kettle and Eimeren Dizon are very professional ERE representatives. They have been extremely helpful and responsive in helping us to close the deal smoothly from start to completion within just two months. James and Eimeren understand very well overseas buyers' concerns and provide useful advice about UK property investment opportunities.

Overall my experience was amazing and I would recommend James and Eimeren to new UK property investors like me. I look forward to working with them again in another purchase. Thank you again James and Eimeren for your extra mile services. :)

ERE will go to the ends of the Earth to sell you a property. That is their business model.
However, be warned that once you’ve bought, their interest ceases. Be wary of service fees on your property and leaseholds, these become a nightmare upon wishing to sell your property and ERE and Robert Medd will wash their hands of you.
Buyer beware.

Had a great experience buying through ERE properties. Special thanks to Adam and Gabriella! Both of them were super helpful and made themselves available whenever I had any questions or needed support. They made the whole process super smooth.

The purchasing procedure was very smooth. We got detailed and clear information about the properties we considered. Especially thanks to Will and Gabriella. They really did very well on the purchasing.

Great Leeds flat purchase - both rent and value have gone up significantly.

Thanks Rob, great job!

Very quick and smooth process. Eimeren kept me well informed throughout and maintained high professionalism and kindness! Would recommend to others for sure.

Gabriella is definitely the smartest person in the office, this review counts as 10 as I give her 50 stars.

Adam Yaqub & Eimeron Dizon has been phenomenal from start until completion on a property through ERE Property limited. From setting up the whatsapp group to following up with the solicitors, updates came on timely manner.
We would like to thank you both for your continuous support throughout the process, to achieve a smooth outcome. We hope to do business with you again in future

ERE found the right deal for me thanks to James Kettle in Hong Kong. He put me in contact with Gabriella Madronero who was great in providing step by step support, answering all my random questions, following up with the solicitors and even responding to my messages on her day off! Great customer service from Gaby. Thanks to them both!

During my recent property purchase with ERE properties, I was privileged to work with a Eimeren Dizon. Her communication was superb, always keeping me updated, and her ability to swiftly tackle any obstacles was commendable.

She demonstrated a genuine commitment to ensuring a smooth transaction, which made the whole process more manageable and less stressful.

The real estate agent Emma Chivers deserves a mention too, with her persuasive skills and comprehensive market knowledge playing a crucial role in my decision to buy.

I wish to thank Adam Yaqub for his amazing support and expertise throughout in helping me to secure my first rental property. Adam has understood my expectations and what I am hoping to achieve in the long term. I look forward to working with him for the foreseeable.

Thank you and best wishes, Harj

You can rest assured that the staff at ERE will always take care of you even after you have purchased a property from them.

Gabi was extremely helpful in handling a matter with the lettings company.

The deal we have done was a part of a wider build.

The process was fast and smooth from start to finish. Gabriella Madronero was diligent in ensuring the momentum was kept up with the Conveyancer and we were kept appraised of progress.

I also enjoyed working with Robert Medd locally in HK as he was clear about the risks as well as the reward in the deal and set fair expectations so that we knew what we were getting into and answered questions we had around the deal.

We look forward to the possibility of more deals in future

Very pleased with the whole overall experience of working with ERE on my investments with them. Particular thanks to Gabriella Madronero, who constantly worked to move the transaction forward. She regularly provided timely input and feedback, and greatly assisted in my dealings with the solicitor. This was especially important when conducting business from a time zone 7 hours away.

Kyle made the processes easy and nothing was too much trouble for him. Just waiting for completion, then into next project with ERE and Kyle.
