Great manual and customer service
I recently purchased a repair manual for my John Deere 332 Skid Steer. I have found the manual to be a great source of information. It has step by step instruction with illustrations to make adjustments and repairs. The manual was easy to download and the customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend the manual.

It took so long for a technician to get back to me that by the time they did I had already done more research and solved the problem myself. They even asked if I wanted to talk on the phone and I said yes and they never called.
