If I could give it negative Stars I would. Left several messages I'm hoping to speak with someone about my account and to no avail I have not heard anything in 8 months.
The owner is fair, staff is ok, but all they do is lie. They havent paid me a commission or have they even called me back? They just ignore the little guy - Event if you make them a million in ERC in a short time, they will just tell you to pound sand and never pay because you ask for it in writing.... for 3-4 months.
They are Indian scammers, just letting you know

We used ERC Guaranteed to file for our Employee Retention Credit. Company was very professional and courteous. Responsive to questions and needs. They charge 15% of your total refund and file all paperwork and forms for you. Cheaper than the 20% other companies are charging for the same service.

After the fact contact has been very frustrating. Unable to get a real person on the phone or get a response to phone messages to answer questions, or to get an update on a filing, etc. Promises to return phone calls are not followed up on.
They made me feel comfortable and secure with the process from start to finish. I'm glad I proud them .
