Hello. If you did not check #announcements for purges, it is not our problem. I am sorry to hear you did not like our free services, and to prevent this from happening again, will ban you from our free hosting services.

EDIT:
The reference number you provided is false, and we do not use such a system to mark payments. Not only that, we have not had any user under the registered details, and have not found you in our discord server, meaning your Free Server getting purged was not EraNodes Fault.

This is a w host along with a w owner and his staff is extremely helpful and is very responsive and not to mention they have amazing servers and has a very reasonable price,I recommend this host to anyone with a medium budget as it is extremely affordable and worth it
