I am having laser treatment for hair removal. The initial visit was very informative and friendly and the treatment has been very efficient and professional.

Everyone was welcoming and nice. The hydrafacial session was very calm and relaxing. Amy was fantastic and gave me great advice for my skin care. My face was glowing when I left, even though the pores didn’t disappear but my face felt smoother and brighter and the pores looked smaller.

I recently enjoyed my first hydrafacial with the lovely Amy and was extremely impressed. I thought the treatment was excellent and it really helped that Amy explained every step to me. Amy was very knowledgable and spoke to me about products to help with my skin concerns, which I ended up purchasing but at no time did I feel pressured. Looking forward to trialling the products and returning to the clinic in 6 weeks for my skin review.

I have had several treatments at ERA Clinic, from fungal toenail, Emsella chair, fat reduction, IPL for rosacea, red vein eradication and each one has been carried out in a professional and caring manner. All the staff take time to fully explain the treatment and to ensure it is an enjoyable experience. Most importantly, the staff are very knowledgeable about the treatments and keep up to date with current research, where applicable. Treatments are fully explained, including the likelihood of the treatment being successful and various options presented to best suit one's particular issue. Over several months I have attended the Clinic with various staff members and have always found them very helpful, friendly and as such, it is has been an absolute pleasure to attend the Clinic and I leave feeling cared for, well treated and it actually works as an ego boost. I highly recommend any treatment.

I love coming to Era clinic for my monthly hydra facial with Paige. I find the treatment relaxing and have seen a massive improvement with my skin and no longer struggle with the severe dryness. Paige has advised me on the correct skincare I should be using, which with her knowledge has really helped change my skin. Everyone at Era clinic are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable.

This is my first experience with Era, I am very impressed.
After a consultation appointment with Emma about the treatment, I committed to a series of sessions. Emma was excellent, explaining in a professional manner the process.
Then for 6 weeks Paige took most of the sessions, how delightful she is. Paiges’ professional approach was outstanding, so very impressed I felt cared for throughout.
I would highly recommend asking for Paige, she had every quality you want in a therapist, just brilliant.

I would really recommend the team at Era Skin and Laser Clinic. They are friendly, approachable and really knowledgeable. I went for my first hydra facial and the results were excellent lasting about two weeks without any breakouts of spots.
I then booked to have laser hair removal which has equally been a good experience with very little pain.

I had another amazing Hydra-Tite facial this week with the lovely Paige. This is the only facial I have had that lasts! You wake up the next morning and your skin is still as glowing and firm as when you left the clinic. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Brilliant!

I’m having a series of laser treatments to remove unwanted upper lip and chin hair. ERA is such a clean and professional place that you feel very comfortable. The treatment I’m having is proving very effective.

Highly recommend this amazing advanced facial, Hydrafacial. Lymphatic drainage, deep cleanse, exfoliation, a peel, deep hydration with anti-oxidants and finishing with application of LED light to rejuvenate and stimulate collagen. My skin is glowing and will be for the next two weeks. Highly recommend Amy, a really indulgent treatment and lovely premises in Thame. I will be back for plenty more!
