They do not clearly state the rules, and wait for the payout so as to tell you that you breached this and that after payout. Imagine you violate a rule when starting to trade on the first day then you get to know after 2weeks of trading when a payout is denied. How frustrating is that.

This firm is a scam run for you life save both time and money

I requested my payment with Cripto but it has been 3 weeks and they still slandered me saying they have paid me, no payment has arrived and it still shows as payment requested. This company is a scammer don't pay a dime!!!!

Bad company they just breached my account without any reason imagine you're in profit and they closed your account.

My balance is at $5023 and equity at $5298 and they closed the account due too maximum drawdown imagine this.

If you’re thinking about joining Equity Edge, do yourself a favor and don’t. I’ve had better financial advice from a homeless guy on the street than from this so-called “professional” trading firm.

The platform is buggy, laggy, and crashes more than a meme stock during a market crash. Support? Non-existent. You’ll get faster responses yelling into a pillow. Payouts are constantly delayed with shady excuses, and don’t even get me started on their “evaluation process” — designed to make you fail and keep your money.

They sell you dreams of becoming a funded trader, but the only ones getting rich are the people running this circus. Terrible communication, zero transparency, and an overall scammy vibe. Honestly, Monopoly money feels more legitimate than this place.

They are not making payout. I requested payout at 18 July. Today 31 July. There is no any rule violation. But my account disabled and my payout rejected. They are not giving an answer to e mails.

After working with equity edge for 12 months as a profitable trader I can safely say this is not a profitable trader friendly prop firm. If you are profitable there is an 85% chance you will be denied a funded account or your payout. I consider them as biggest time wasters for profitable traders

This is the worst prop firm, and I do not recommend it based on my experience. Five of us took the $10,000 offer, and initially, we all passed the tests. However, we all failed at the KYC stage. None of us reached the funded stage because they introduced rules that we had never seen before.

Some of the rules they claimed we broke were not stated in their guidelines. For example:
1. You must hold every trade for more than 2 minutes.
2. You risked more than 1%.
3. There are restrictions on trading during news events, but on the day in question, there were no news announcements at all.

Overall, the experience was very frustrating.

The support members are so swift and willing to assist their replies are so fast

made m request on the 9th of july 2025 still not payout it seems like they dont respect costumers, worst part they even send me a plaque, to celebrate my achievement, this is m second complaint last payout they took 57 days to pay me this time the days are increasing and worst of it, two people in the team tell me different things one says its still with risk management the other is saying its with the finance team, they are not reliable, worse when i say what the other told me they delete my chats on the funded page and mute me for 24 hours, and i have screenshorts. days no payout, also they deleted me from they discord! @NASDOM Worst support ever!!!!

Equity Edge UK denied my payout, claiming my phone number was used to register multiple accounts — a violation of their policy. But my number is publicly available, and their system lacks even basic security measures like two-factor authentication (2FA) to prevent this kind of misuse.

That’s a loophole they failed to close, and yet they’re penalizing users for it. What’s worse is there’s no way to prove I didn’t do it — and frankly, with the number of similar complaints and negative reviews, it’s hard not to wonder if this is being used as a convenient excuse to avoid paying out.

A prop firm that denies payouts without proper investigation and hides behind weak security is a major red flag. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone serious about trading.

Ive been with many propfirms (1 year with equity) and today i genuinely had the worst experience ever. Passed the account and got called for a risk interview. It took 3 weeks until they reached back out to me and now they wanted me to prove that one of the cards i had used is mine (this was my old card that i no longer have). After that they told me i could contact the bank to get a bank statement and it would still work. After talking to the bank and getting a bank statement, guess what? Now they say "it doesn't look legit". They are genuinely doing everything in their power to not give an payout. This is genuinely the worst experience ive ever had and i really do not recommend anyone to use this propfirm.
