I couldn’t understand half of what the agent was saying.
He kept disappearing because he was unsure

So easy to deal with
So easy to deal with! I’ve recently been left disabled following an unexpected illness, so I’ve had to make a number of changes to my policy (including making my husband the main driver - yikes!!!) and nothing was too much trouble. There are no long queues to sit in when you call them, and I’ve even received refund cheques when I’ve been overcharged by mistake.
