Friendly, efficient engineer

Despite being stuck on a motorway and having to wait for help with his van,the electrician turned up on Sunday very cheerful and helpful. He said he knew were stuck with no lights and would try his best to get here. He did and did a great job

Electrician was sent by my Insurance Provider to carry out checks, he was polite, courteous and professional, did a thorough job and explained everything. I was informed of the visit time slot before hand. Excellent service. Thank you.

Original RFID card was missing when charger was installed, so a new one was delivered to me Friday.
Luckily there was a cancellation today so Ollie was able to return and finish the installation.
He set everything up on the app on my phone and explained everything in a language a 70 year could understand. He also did a fabulous job overall.
Very happy with the finished product.

The visit was early in the morning and really quickly I had light switches again after over 3 weeks. Couldn't have wished for more.

superb service , tracker showed when the electrician would arrive , also the chap who arrived was brilliant his name was andrew he was very friendly and welcoming and did a quick fix on my charger was wonderful

Terrible experience
The engineer was rude and had loads of attitude.
He arrived 1,30 hours early and was in the way on me doing my morning routine and run. Very pushy when I told him I’m busy and when challenged he started giving me attitude.
