Excellent service

Excellent service. Workman polite and explained what he had done in terms i was able to understand. Covid precautions taken. Called me before arriving which gave me a chance to get away from work. No complaints

The team were extremely helpful in…

The team were extremely helpful in making an appointment for me. They were empathetic when I told them of my circumstances and ensured that I was put on the cancellation list as my job was urgent. Within a couple of hours I received a call telling me Mark would be on his way today. Mark was extremely professional and helpful and my issue was sorted in a matter of minutes. Thank you EPR you have made a horrible situation a lot easier to bear

A first class service

A first class service. Paul came to check electrics following water damage in the kitchen and shower room. He explained everything that he was doing. He even returned to the house after I had realised I hadn’t shown him all the electrical problems.

Great service

I was very happy with service man who came (forgot his name) was lovely I was chatting way to much and he just kept smiling and got on with his work I could not fault him he has the patience of a saint and was great at informing me of what was happening and going to happen would happily recommend to others and use again

Electrical appliance check

Engineer was very polite checked the two electrical appliances...very apologetic when he realised his office had told me 8am but it was ok as he was here by 10am
