I wanted a custom bracelet with my own stones and added sea glass, not only Jenna accommodated all my request but she outdid my expectations. My bracelet is absolutely gorgeous and she kept me informed all throughout the process. 10/10 will definitely do more business with her.

Hi Scott, I'm very pleased to hear that you're happy with your purchase. Jenna
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Epphaven Silver. Jenna has made me two beautiful, bespoke and sentimental sea glass rings that will be treasured for life. Despite working together entirely through online messages, Jenna made the process feel personal and easy.
She also took the time to understand my vision and was extremely accommodating and patient with my many questions regarding the design.
Thank you so much for these special pieces 💙

Lovely customer service ans great response time .
Jenna made me a wonderful bespoke necklace, including making an original casting of a fossil my son found, along with sea glass we had found on holiday & a charm I had since I was a child. Communication was great at every step: we discussed different designs & how they might work, and I am over the moon with the final piece.
