I really take my hat off for Leverne

I really take my hat off for Leverne, she has the patience and stays cool headed, I really trust her abd been so helpful all the time. Episodic must be proud to have her working there. Thank you guys for allowing my family to be part of this great medical Institute.

Fara was extremely helpful and professional. I received all the information I required.
However, the telephone receptionist could be a little more helpful and friendly.

Michael Dyers gave excellent service

Michael Dyers gave excellent service. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful on the phone and replied to my emails almost immediately. Michael sent about 4 quotes if not more for me and phoned to explain cover where necessary as I was deciding which cover best suited my needs.
This level of service is way beyond my expectations.

Michael has been so helpful

Michael has been so helpful. I’ve been unsure about medical insurance from mid 2024, he gave me time to think thoroughly about it and still helped me greatly now in 2025 with no hesitation.
Looking forward for a great journey
