Epic Pen Arvostelua 

These guys are fraudulent! I purchased a pro license key for $12.50 on November 29th, 2022. After my system had an OS reset, I realized I needed to renew the license key. In an email exchange that took place on December 9th, 2022, they had stated that they found my product key in their database and were happy to renew it for me. However, despite their FAQ stating that license keys should be on the user's profile and can be manually switched by the user, mine never appeared on my profile. I reminded them that they should and they never responded to that email or put the license key on my profile. When my system had an OS reset about half a year later, I realized that I needed to get my key reset once more and that it still hadn't appeared on my profile. At this point, I sent another email asking for them to renew it and place it on my profile and that was met with radio silence. I also received no email in my spam folder. I emailed them last week to inquire about it, and once again, was met with radio silence. Of course, no response in my spam folder either. It's come to the point where I have to escalate with PayPal because it seems that Epic Pen decided to run away with my $12.50, refusing to give me the product I'm owed, refusing to acknowledge or answer emails, and refusing to place the license on my profile. Definitely don't purchase the pro license from these people!

UPDATE #1: Support has reached out to me when I responded to the older email exchange from December. If they're able to help me, I'll edit this review accordingly to reflect my experience.

UPDATE #2: Support was prompt in fixing this issue for me. The licenses now appear on my profile as they should. There was an issue with license visibility on the user end that the lead developer fixed. With that said, I've raised my review to 4 stars. The only reason why I haven't done 5 stars is because the contact form on the website is still seemingly broken.

I wanted to be able to draw out some Moving average lines on an existing stock chart. With an attached drawing tablet, this app let me do just that. I can draw anywhere on the screen right on top of other windows. It's great!

Great tool. Loving it.

The only thing that makes me sad is that what I put on my screen doesn't stay with what I wrote on. Wish there were a way to save it to the document.

It helps myself with identifying a trend while posting day trades. The tools available thru epic pen are also highly recommended by other day traders not just for themselves but for instructors as well

I have purchased life time license of this product three years ago . now every time of reinstalling windows the product fails to be registered due to not buying new updates. I have emailed much for helping but no reply from support forum . This is totally corrupt practice by the Epic pen. I don't need new updates so my old version must be valid. This is not fair .

The tool is great for functionality, but if you tab between windows then the layer of your screen that you draw on can get behind your windows and keeping it clear is very frustrating.

If you would made a better snipping experience - more options like window, free form, elliptic, screen and zoom help: epic pen narrows to be incredible 😀👍

Think it is utterly useless and a waste of money.

after installing free software in windows 10 64bit it not working lets say its not opening

After installation, Epic Pen stays on the back-ground. This seems for windows not to appear the Task-Bar when I move mouse at the bottom of the screen. If I press windows-button, Task-Bar appears. But this make me bother. OS=Windows11. Apprication software=MT5, FT5, or MS-Excel with full screen mode. After un-install Epic Pen, this phenomenon dissappears.

Auto enrolled me in an expensive plan without my foreknowing, now I had to pay a ludicrous amount for a service I didn't use

Quick, easy to install, and use. Does exactly what it said it would do. I getting the full year.

Like it a lot. Just wish it could embed markups within videos instead of being an overlay that I have to record over a video to get the combination of the two.
