Job booked for next day and cancelled within minutes. I think this review was more so that our client was going to get a refund even know there was no entitlement. I felt that because it wasn't an emergency and didn't interrupt our process too much, I decided to refund the full amount and asked our client if they can write a review, which our client did for our efforts. Thank you and much appreciated.

Highly recommended.
I had a radiator that sprang a leak and we were unable to isolate. Called about 20 companies and 3 accepted the job only to cancel later, wasting hours of my time. Late in the evening came to EPHG and was sceptical when they said they would get me someone within an hour, but finally, a company that delivered on their promise. The plumber, Anthony, arrived early and was quick, efficient and cleaned up after the job.

I absolutely loved this review, because it explains your experience prior to booking, your honest thoughts of being sceptical and your experience with the engineer coming out.
Reviews like this, should give people using our services more confidence. In some case, can't always guarantee someone turning up, but, we would like to see that we do have the best conversation rate of satisfaction.
I hope all issues with your radiator has been resolved now.

Quick, impressive service
I needed an urgent callout on a Friday night for a major leak. Very quick response time and overall a very smooth and efficient process. Engineer Anthony was knowledgeable and got straight to identifying the leak source with no wasted time and was able to perform a fix that solved the immediate problem. He also took pains to explain exactly what he was doing and why which I appreciated, especially when having to relay details to my landlord.

In most cases, there isn't anything worse than a major leak and generally a time of panic. We're glad that Anthony was able to get to you soon enough to perform a fix immediately and overall you are happy with the service EPHG and the engineer has given you. This is a great review and I appreciate your time in writing it. Thank you.
