Numerous cancelled orders and low/no response
Have ordered from this place a few times and both times have been cancelled, with little to no response from the company.. when I need their supplies for my company.

I bought the small envelopes to post…
I bought the small envelopes to post small rod keyrings and wine charms. The bubble packaging inside stops slightly short of the top. Having bought the same size in my local post office I thought these would work well, but these don’t have as much room inside for anything that isn’t fairly flat.

Never received the order have contacted the company via email and phone. no one has responded to rectify the situation. Parcel force Tracking states they don't have parcel.

A frustrating affair.
The order came. Half of it missing.
I used the WhatsApp chat service. No reply. I used the email address. It bounced back.
So the reason it’s 2 stars is not only because the order was missing half. But not being able to sort it out whatsoever makes it feel like a con.
The reason it’s not 1 star is purely because half of the order arrived and the envelopes are fine.
