I ordered online, very competetive prices and read online reviews so I went with them. Delivery was to be between 3 to 5 weeks. about 7 weeks later I searched my Email to check on delivery, absolutely nothing! I called and enquired if I had actually ordered, they said yes. Salesperson I spoke with was very attentive, told me he had to check and would call me back. He did, told me the courier had called me some weeks previous, met me, but that I had asked him to cut the parcels in half to bring them up the stairs. Now I live on the ground floor!I was told it would be extra for a second delivery, ended up paying 115 euro in total for delivery to Drogheda, so not so cheap now eh! When the delivery man finally arrived a week later and I spoke to him he just laughed and 'some serious weirdos out there'. I would not buy from them again and compared to Amazon I would rate them -2. No invoice, no email record trail and no follow-up with problems from support, delivery staff/courier service seem to have hallucinations, no refunds either,, .. a Company I would just prefer to avoid in future..
Answer to your response: I live in a gated apartment complex, every delivery person except the postman has to call me to let them in. I got no such call on the first occasion. Your delivery man is feeding you a story R you are feeding me a story. Take it on the chin and stop fumbling with bizarre excuses.

I am truly sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with your recent order.
I understand how frustrating it must be to be charged twice for delivery, especially after the initial attempt didn’t go as planned. The Courier did meet someone at the address given, he did make an attempt to deliver the order but, unfortunately, was unable to do so, which led to the return of the goods to us and following a call we made to you explaining what had happened we got the best price possible to re send the order.
With Regards to the Invoice, our online store automatically sends an order confirmation to the email provided and this may have gone to your spam unfortunately!
