Relax and Amusement
The stay at the house was very comfortable and fun. Basic materials for everyday use were readily available. The Juraj inny has always been very friendly and available for any clarification or information. Always making us available indications on places to visit and eat so that we can make the most of the holiday.

Great location next to the beach
Great location next to the beach, everything was as advertised, nice pool, close to the beach, with restaurants and supermarket close by. We really enjoyed our stay.

Verblijf op eigen risico
ZWEMBAD LEKT, wat de accommodatie al wist. Na enkele dagen hadden we GEEN ZWEMMOGELIJKHEDEN MEER en de helft van het TERRAS ONDER WATER
Kinderbedje niet opgesteld bij aankomst
WESPENNEST aan voorkant bungalow, waar ze niets aan wilde doen
Geen deftig slot aan de schuifdeur aan de achterkant -> maandag nacht INGEBROKEN
Voor het zwembad kregen we de mogelijkheid om naar een andere locatie te gaan. Dit wilde we niet aangezien we dan weer een dag verloren aan inpakken, verhuizen en weer uitpakken. Uiteindelijk hebben we een terugbetaling gekregen van €2016, waar achteraf maar €1822 is gestort. Na de inbraak zijn we toch ook verhuisd naar een hele andere accommodatie.
Het slot aan de achterkant is kapot en vervangen door een geboord gat met daarin een ijzeren staafje. Dit hebben ze langs de buitenkant eruit gekregen en hierdoor waren wij >€ 3000 cash kwijt en de gouden sierraden van mijn man gestolen, waaronder een erfstuk van zijn overleden grootvader. Na contact met Lukas werden we niet serieus genomen. Hij zou zelf langskomen om ons te laten zien dat het niet mogelijk was om in te breken. De pin had namelijk €50 gekost. Hij ging het zelf proberen langs de buitenkant en binnen no time lag de pin binnen op de vloer (hiervan hebben we een video gemaakt). Lukas wist zich dan te richten op het alarm dat niet aanstond, maar bij inchecken werd ons door Juraj verteld dat dit 's nachts niet aan mocht omwille van de bewegingssensor. Er werd ons niet gezegd dat er ook een nachtfunctie is en daarnaast staat het alarm enkel aan de hoofdingang, dus niet waarlangs de inbreker(s) zijn binnengekomen.. Daarna werden we gewezen op de kluis waar we alles maar in hadden moeten leggen. Deze staat op de slaapkamer, niet te vergeten dat wij daar op die moment sliepen met een kindje van 1 jaar. Stel dat we dit hadden gedaan was er misschien geweld aan te pas gekomen of ons kindje ontvoerd.. Los daarvan paste onze laptop niet in hun kluis. Als ze de sierraden en het cash geld niet hadden gevonden, hadden ze deze wel meegenomen. Ook heel vreemd dat ze niets van de accommodatie hebben meegenomen (bv. de tv..).
Bij elk contact werden we weer gewezen op het gebruik van de kluis. Het voelde voor mij telkens meer als een battle in plaats van goede service, begrip en klantvriendelijkheid. Ze willen geen verantwoordelijkheid nemen omtrent de deur die niet deftig op slot kan. Dit is makkelijk te vervangen als je €3146 krijgt voor 2 weken logement. Bij het laatste contact werd ons gezegd dat we de terugbetaling zouden krijgen, maar dat we geen negatieve revieuw mochten plaatsen. Hypocriet als je bedenkt dat zij hun verantwoordelijkheid niet nemen voor wat wij verloren zijn. Zij willen natuurlijk geld blijven innen ongeacht de veiligheid van de huurders.
Als ik er goed over nadenk lijkt dit wel doorgestoken kaart van de accommodatie uit. Inbraak na de problemen met het zwembad, politie wist ons te vertellen dat in deze buurt niet ingebroken wordt, alarm niet aan mogen zetten ’s nachts, wisten langs waar ze binnen moesten komen (ijzeren pin en geen alarm achterzijde) en ze hebben mijn man elke keer gezien met zijn sieraden. Van mij is niets gestolen, terwijl ik ook nog cash geld in mijn portefeuille had en een gouden horloge in mijn handtas, die we wilde laten herstellen de volgende dag. Dat hebben ze natuurlijk nooit gezien. Echte inbrekers zijn wel zo snuffer om de tas ernaast ook nog even te bekijken.
Ze zouden hun verzekering aanspreken om te bekijken of deze ons kon vergoeden voor wat er gestolen is. Hier hebben we na vertrek niets meer van gehoord. Ik mag dan mijn woord niet nakomen over een negatieve revieuw, maar na er goed over na te denken waarschuw ik liever andere vakantiegangers om een veilige accommodatie te zoeken.
Ook kreeg ik nog een bericht van Lukas na het plaatsen van een revieuw op booking.com (''Hello unfair bad liar. Wish to you karma will catch you with boyfriend and baby. Enjoy your bad life full of lies. God saw it!!! Don't try to contact me never!!! I hate liers and you are the biggest one!!!'') ONVRIENDELIJK en ARROGANT mannetje

We are doing our best to help our customers find the right way how to enjoy their holidays on maximum!
It can happened something but most important is that we are prepared to help and solve the problems fast! As a proof our company have on the Booking rating number 9.4 from 10 from 377 reviews across the all our managed accommodations with us and this info is for everybody available on-line.
I would like to explain, customers also received offer to free cancelation of their stay or possibility to change the accommodation for another one and they decided to continue stay with us. Guests was compensated with 2016€ EUR - which was before together confirmed and I sent them copy of that following amount will be returned. The same amount 2016€ EUR was finally returned by Booking.com to this customers - we have a confirmation as a proof because Booking.com managing payments!
By the way THESE GUESTS MADE MORE REVIEWS WITH 1 STAR RATING IN TENERIFE - we have proofs.
MY QUESTION IS WHO LEAVING MORE THAN 3000€ in CASH (as they reported) OUTSIDE THE security SAFE BOX with explanation that someone can stolen their baby which never happened in Tenerife? To scary our customers without proofs for that!
Villa Renata is a safe place and we will explain here why it is safe! But customers need to follow the instructions to use an alarm which is connected directly to police and they need to use a safe box. These services are available for free for our customers but we are paying for this profesional services to offer the best safe protection! For cases that someone will go through alarm and broke safe than we are also insured for the robberies.
They was informed how to use alarm and safe in the time of invitation and their arrival was personally proceeded with explination and help to make a check in and we have available for all our guests also printed instructions for use of alarm and safe in case they don't understand how to use it. Every guest have also possibility to contact us and this guests was keep in touch with us.
Guests doesn't followed our instructions and they tryed if they can have a holidays in Villa Renata without paying for that! They requested full reservation price return but they decided to continue with their holidays with us.
Car rental company also have received 1 star rating from the same customers and company explained that customers didn't read their conditions (so not only ours…) - we have a copy available for someone who will be interested in to see the proofs!
About the reported robbery we can confirm that unfortunately our insurance company doesn't covered robbery without using the alarm or broking the safe box inside their policies which we checked. Guests unfortunately need to be responsible for their lost because they did not followed safty instructions and they did not used safe for their lost cash which was possible to stored in the security safe box! They need to accept the reason that we do not have any possibility to check if really was this reported amount stolen or if it is only try if we will return something more to the guest because we do not have any other proof than the reported amount because they told that they did not hear nothing about entering of somebody inside during the night.
After guests saw our respond on their review on Booking.com next changed the review that it will looks that they don't have any responsability and problems are only on our side.
Nothing is only black!
Hope everyone can understand us! We are really sorry for the problems with the pool but we did our best for this customers and we offered solutions for our problems.

best Airbnb ever with incredible view and staff
Wow This was the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! Lukas and his staff were more than accommodating and responded quickly to any concern or question! The hot wasn’t working the first day and within a few hours -it was fixed and worked the rest of the trip! They also decorated and left snacks and champagne to celebrate my friends 40th birthday! We not only will be back but absolutely recommend!!
