Great service
What I found most helpful were the comments they made to help me understand what could happen and how to do it, and their quite quick response. However, I believe the communication could be more effective if a notification could be generated (via email for instance) that lets clients know their query has been addressed. Otherwise you need to log in your account every now and then to make sure you see their response.
Overall, great experience.

I applied to the UK's Education…
I applied to the UK's Education National Information Centre, which registers education. This application was to compare my previous bachelor's degree (studying abroad) with the English education system for recognition in England. This issue has been going on for quite some time because I have been missing the documents that I should have been issued. I was so grateful that I was able to communicate with them through my account by email. I asked for additional documents, I sent them additional proof of evidence, etc. I also liked that everything was done online. The employees of this organization did their work at the professional level and after carefully checking all my documents, they accepted my application and issued me a certificate. I really appreciate that.

WOW. I must express that UK ENIC are incredibly valuable. They deliver on their promises. When I needed to have my foreign degrees compared, I was uncertain where to turn. My workplace recommended UK ENIC; they're also recognized by the UK education department. Life presented challenges, necessitating support for my four children, thus comparing my degree became essential. For a reasonable fee and a 15-day wait, I received my statement of comparability, which has the potential to transform my life. Their chat service is excellent as well. I am very pleased with the service I've received obtaining my Statement of Comparability. Initially, I didn't provide all the necessary paperwork, but that was addressed by their team early on and didn't cause any delays. Great customer service. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Very good but be care at the uploading of documents section.
The processes were clearly were clearly explained. Though there were some confusing user operational parts in the uploading of documents, the process was generally satisfactory.
Then, the reponse, processing, and delivery of the statement of comparabilty was faster than expected; very good.

They charge 18 pounds for special delivery which is 3 times higher the normal price.
They also charge you for e statement although you didn’t ask for .

Use of our service is not mandatory, and our Statements are an excellent source of information for guidance on the use of overseas qualifications, and how they compare to the Regulated Qualification Framework levels in the UK.
