Change of Membership type
I requested a change to Senior Membership (via my online account), and a few days later received an email to confirm my payment details had been amended. Since then I have received my new membership card with the old rate quoted (£84 Adult) but presumably the letter was printed out before the change was made.

Customer service and English heritage sites
Called the customer service number to cancel our yearly membership. Ella was very friendly and helpful over the phone.
The English heritage sites we have visited over the last years have been amazing. Carisbrooke Castle and Osbourne House stood out for us. The activities for the kids at both the sites over the summer holidays were very engaging.
I'm sure we will rejoin in the future.

Fabulous visit to Audley End enhanced by the free tour of the garden. Welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable volunteers and staff. Everywhere we went was immaculate, the tool store and pot store was my favourite. Of course, the house is very special too!

I had a query regarding a refund and I received a prompt and courteous reply from Nigel at English Heritage. English Heritage didn't have to refund me under their terms and conditions, but did so and I'm most grateful to them for the way they handled my request. I visited Rangers House Greenwich and thoroughly enjoyed it. Well thought out displays and eady to read information booklets. An excellent experience both with the office and the venue

When you need a little help
The Customer Service team are really helpful, we have been members for 4 years and couldn't remember which emails we had used for the Members area. The live chat option was the most effective way to help us with the query and the Agent was really helpful and efficient.
We now ready to plan our road trip for the summer holidays!

Complaints ignored
We purchased a Joint Membership after a 'Hard sell' on site and having not received a Parking Pass we've enquired and enquired, with on-site people saying that they can't issue parking passes but all emails / Complaint Forms are totally ignored, which is totally frustrating and quite frankly a disgrace!
We are refusing to pay additional parking fees when we've paid £149!
We've had no such problems with the National Trust where you receive 2 passes.
How on earth you can have such an issue with an organisation such as this is beyond us!
