We had a difficult issue with the electricity account at our premises. We had electricity and were using it normally but the meter was showing as de-energised in the system. I had been trying for months to get this sorted with the supplier but kept going around in circles. Because of the incorrect status, other energy companies could not even give us a quotation.

Then I took Toki to our GM and we had a meeting how he & his Energy Solutions can help Grosvenor to reduce cost for Energy. Then we find out we still in a contract until 2028. But we handed over him all the bill copy so he can analysis and help us when we will be in renewal frame. But it was a nice meeting and I personally appreciate how Toki explained everything to us.
