A pleasure to deal with!
It was great to meet a true professional in his work who is a really nice guy too!
Daniel was clear about what he needed to do to complete the EPC and the certificate was ready in time for our needs.

Quick service
I found Daniel via a site that tells you who conducts EPC checks in your area. He emailed me quickly after the site passed on my details but didn't call me incessantly like one of the other local providers. I was able to book an appointment quickly, he conducted the check efficiently and provided the certificate the same day.

EPC Action Man
I contacted Daniel via the website request on Thursday and he called back within the hour! I was shocked with his rapid response. He was able to fit in an appointment on Saturday. On the Saturday, he contacted me when he was on the way. I got the EPC Report that same evening. Daniel's communication with the client and his prices are very good. I would recommend Energy Performance Solutions.

Fast, Efficient, Perfect Experience
I would recommend Energy Performance Solutions to anyone that needs an EPC Report. I contacted Daniel on a Friday and got a phonecall the same day. He was able to work around my schedule and came the next day, and I even got the EPC Report that same evening. His prices are also great. I'm glad I sought his company out rather than getting an EPC Report done through another agency. My experience was perfect. I will definitely be using his services again in the future

What a swift and timely service
What a swift and timely service. Daniel picked up my job and had site visit agreed within the hour. He was very professional and adopted to no shoe policy inside house. The job was thorough and I had my EPC sent to me next day. I would definitely recommend this company.

After having a bad experience with the surveyor appointed by the sales agency, we appointed Daniel to complete another EPC. Daniel was very understanding and managed to turn around the EPC in very quick time. He was very professional and we would highly recommend his services.
