Great customer service. I have been using Energy Ogre for the last 6 yrs. They are great and have helped me save money. I tell everyone to use them. They have also always been pleasant to work with. Customer service is great and I feel I am definitely talking to a real person. Today I had some questions and I chatted with Zach. He was very kind and vey helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed.

She was delightful, accurate,very well spoken, best customer service over the phone I have had experienced in a long time.
