Aaron at Energize Merchants called me to review my card rates. They did this by comparing their rates and my existing ones from my merchant statement. They broke down every cost and were clearly just much cheaper. We had a terminal and a virtual terminal so we can take payments on a computer or through our card machine. Great service.

recently switched, I've had multiple calls about switching and its all the same blah, blah sales calls. took a risk and actually listened to this one. This was 2 months ago (held off reviewing until i was sure) Glad i took the time not only saved me money but ive had a few issues with my internet which has affected transactions going through. It wasn't their fault but they were on the phone every day helping me get it sorted going above and beyond. Fair play to them not often a business will put in time post sale. Aaron and Gary thank you for your help!!

I cant begin to explain how amazing the customer service was. I own The Vintage Tea room in Oakengates, they provided me with my card machine, Aaron sat and had a one to one with me (before lockdown) to explain the paperwork, prices and all the information, answering any questions we have. Highly recommended
