Earthbound have organised 3 trips to Nepal for me over the last 10 years, and each time have provided perfect guides, and when i went with my daughter we also had a porter who was great. All were treking in the Everest region as well as visiting other parts of Nepal. The first trip we unfortunately could nor go as we had a family tragedy the day before we were due to fly to Nepal, but Rajan was very helpful and understanding, and gave no problem in moving the trip on 6 months. I have stayed in their hotel in Thamel, EcoResort, which is in a perfect location for exploring Kathmandu and is a great hotel with excellent food and rooms. They have provided excellent guides and transport to visit the historic places around Kathmandu and airport taxis. They certainly deserve a 5star rating as I cannot fault their service, and prices are very good, and importantly Rajan, Badri & Kedar all have a friendly and personal approach and you can always rely on their excellent advice.

In October-November, 2019 a group of us from Canada flew to Nepal to trek in the Himalayas. There were a couple of newbies but most of us had trekked in Nepal before. This time we chose the Manaslu Circuit Trek with an additional side-trek to the beautiful Tsum Valley --- the fact that these treks are quite remote and, as yet, relatively unspoiled by over-tourism appealed to us. Without a doubt, this trek was very challenging and not for the faint of heart or physically unprepared. But we were rewarded: The trails offered up diverse topography and vegetation; deep lush valleys and spectacular views of 8000m+ peaks; age-old monasteries and welcoming locals. And, of course, crossing the Larke Pass – a very long day, very arduous day that began pre-dawn. But, there is nothing that can compare to the victorious feeling of reaching the top --- the “I did it!!” moment. That made all the hard work worth it.

We booked our adventure through Earthbound Expeditions and were extremely satisfied with the quality of service we received. Rajan is very experienced and was most attentive to working out all the details when helping us plan our trek. We had a very competent., knowledgeable guide (Naresh) and 3 absolutely wonderful porters (Naveen, Dev and Prahdan) who not only helped make our journey memorable but became our friends as well.

Earthbound Expeditions has always been the go-to trekking company for all our Himalayan treks and I would highly recommend them for anyone wanting an experience of a lifetime.

I've never stepped foot in a country with more natural beauty, biological diversity, richness in culture, and kind welcoming people. We had an unforgettable 17 day customised journey all thanks to Earthbound Expeditions. We visited the ancient city of Kathmandu, embarked on a 9 day trek through small quaint villages to the Annapurna Basecamp hidden in within the Himalayas, celebrated the new year paragliding over the lake city of Pokhara, and went on a safari to see the jungle wildlife of Chitwan National Park.
Earthbound Expeditions crafted each step of this experience. From airport transport, to our comfy accomodations, delicious meals, and transport between cities. They took care of it all! Even customizing the trip as we went along.
Before we left, I questioned the need to have a guide the whole trip. I would have it no other way. Our guide Shree was not only knowledgeable about local culture/nature, but funny, social (he knew everyone), and willing to help us maximize the experience in any way, he also became a great friend. We all agreed he made the trip.
This was absolutely the trip of a lifetime. We are already planning on using Earthbound Expeditions to plan another trip to the Mustang region in the coming years.

Mr Rajan Sinkhada is such a pious man that we were highly blessed to have him with us throughout our Manasarovar Mount Kailash trip. He was very professional and helpful right from the beginning. We were a team of 27 from USA and we were 200% taken care of by Mr. Rajan and his awesome crew. Every detail was taken care of from the moment we arrived Lhasa till we left Kathmandu.
Entire Rajan's crew including Arjun, Dorjee, Ram, Sargi, Gokul, Narayan and the rest were amazing in taking care of our team, exceptionally. Our kudos to them. Except for Parikrama lunch, we were served clean, hot, delicious meals throughout our trip! It was amazing to see such a positive attitude crew. Rest of the world has a lot to learn from that team - just like we did.
Our guide Kumar in Nepal was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining the sights to us.
I highly recommend Earthbound Expeditions and I can not imagine any of our future arduous trips without them. Our family is planning another trip with them soon.

They deserve Ten Stars for their customer service and for ensuring every little detail was taken care of. I would not think twice to go with them on any trip conducted by them. And I am already making plans for another trip with them.

I’ve done an extensive amount of travel, and Earthbound Expeditions is hands down the best company I’ve ever worked with. They organized incredible 17-day trip through Nepal, including a trek to Annapurna Base Camp. The airport pickup/drop-off, in-country accommodations, transit between cities, INCREDIBLE guide and porters during the trek- everything was absolutely seamless. The Earthbound staff ended up becoming like a family to us, and the CEO of the company greeted us both upon our arrival and our departure. They have great connections within the country and along the trek. We heard multiple times that the company is seen as the gold standard in the country and that the CEO is tremendously revered, and I totally see why. The country itself is absolutely stunning, with the most kind and welcoming people. The trek to ABC was stunningly beautiful. The tea houses along the way are quaint and very comfortable. Absolutely the trip of a lifetime and will continue to book with Earthbound Expeditions for future trips.
