Endura Roses Arvostelua

I went to the store a a lil girl was stood there I thought it was someone’s child but it was actually a sales assistant. She was so polite and well mannered l, even thought she tried to rip me off but I respect it because it’s part of the job. But overall the experience was amazing that child deserves a raise.

I’m in love with my product, it was the perfect gift, and the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful!

I purchased two roses for my wife and daughter on Women’s Day – really surprised how quickly they arrived and how well they are put together. Looking forward to seeing them bringing joy in our house for many years to come.

Endura Roses has not failed yet another time to prepare a perfect product for me. I bought ‘Around You’ arrangement from their Sentiments Collection as our 20th anniversary memorabilia and it is Stunning! Such a beautiful piece that reflects true emotions. Thanks Endura team! I highly recommend their products.

Endura have a Rose arrangement for every occassion. A perfect gift for any event. Highly recommended. The staff at their Bullring Mall Birmingham were very professional and talented in helping me decide the right Rose for a gift.

Very talented designer! She helped me create a bespoke rose for my mother’s birthday which my mum simply adored. The package was spot on and it was shipped very quickly.

Amazing staff at Westfield and the products are so unique. I got two of the roses as I couldn’t pick just one. Will definitely come back!

Top quality flowers and I am happy with their customer support. I got my shipment quickly enough and it looks stunning on my dining room table.

I got replies quickly and they answered all of my questions so i can warmly recommend Enduraroses further.

Amazing customer service, they guided me and kept me updated with pictures and details throughout the entire process of creating a bespoke product for our anniversary. The designer has done a spectacular job, the product is way over my expectations!

Top quality and quick delivery, very good customer service

They take care of every detail, from a fresh rose fragrance to the elegant ribbon and gift box. I have purchased the Belle Majestic and it is absolutely perfect. They use real diamond dust that gives a gorgeous effect on the rose. I highly recommend as a gift for your dear ones or for yourself. 🌹

I recently received the "Cygne" from my friends as a birthday present. It is absolutely gorgeous and looks great on my Side Table. Great quality and so happy with it!

I have purchased an Eloquent from Endura and I was really impressed by the beauty and quality of this product. It has arrived quickly and the package was fantastic. Endura will certainly be my go to when I have to purchase gifts for any occasion!

The Rose I bought was an amazing Golden Wedding present they loved it.

Poor quality roses. Defected stem, could see the metal wire. Scratches on glass dome. Miss was not in a fresh green colour, more like yellowish. Paid for next day delivery but had to exchange so took a few more days for delivery so really I shouldn’t of paid for next day. Was promised gifts with the exchange. Exchange came, still minor scratches on glass dome and moss was worse then the previous one and no gifts. Box opened by DPD because they needed the invoice lable from the new one to put on old one. But there was no invoice from both of them!

Bought Divinity Champagne Rose for my best friend. She loved it. I myself have a selection of Endura roses and they are amazing. So beautifully designed and presented. Endura Roses are the perfect gift

absolutely amazing customer care

Hand delivered, called me throughout the processing stage and the delivery was professional and care.

Glass smashed very easily. Not made to last. Would never repurchase

Reply: I knocked the top with a plastic bottle (not hard) and it shattered at the top. Something this expensive shouldn’t smash so easily when it’s supposed to be durable long term as it states in your website. The plastic/glass that surrounds the bottle should be much more durable as the rose needing to be airtight.
I was planning to buy a few more larger roses for the living room but will not be doing so now as they are not worth the money.

I bought this in December 2021 also so not sure where March has come from

Reply: I have just told you what happened and given more details, and you’ve only changed the date you previously put in your reply ?

Absolute life savers! Made my christmas shopping very easy this year, the thanks and comments I hear about the gifts i've chosen for my family friends are above and beyond. Definitely my first stop shop for any gifting i need in the future unique, long lasting and so thoughtful. Thankyou for your amazing products and service!

Absolutely happy! I bought my red Allying a year ago. It’s still just as gorgeous. Excellent quality, elegant product, friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!
