Terrible customer service , I would never buy from this company again . A two year old cost over £1000 and replacing parts already.Avoid!!!

I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the product. The 12 month warranty is advertised on our website and the replacement parts are kept a reasonable price so when there are issues, it is much cheaper than replacing the fire.
