Very easy to navigate. Controls heat output level and display/led surround lights and change of background colours. All can easily be changed via the remote and very simple to operate. (Comes with instructions if in doubt) Batteries x 2 which last for ages, lightweight and slimline.

Thank you for such lovely comments and so pleased to hear that the experience with ourselves and ordering was simple and efficient :)
It’s works great but if you drop it the buttons break and it makes it harder to use. I also find it hard to not let the heater come on, I set it to off but sometimes it turns on. We only use the fire for its beauty and lighting effects.
